Terrible service at Brixton branch. Went in to return brake pads with email confirmation, staff refused and sent me to call customer services who were rude and hung up on me. Went back in, same staff still refused until I pushed for a manager ? then suddenly printed the paper copy themselves. Pads taken but no proof of refund. Unprofessional, rude, and a complete waste of time.

Always long queues, it's crazy ! 1 person serving when there are like 10 people in the queue.

One member of staff servicing, so it's always a long wait. I have been twice in the last 3 weeks and it's always 15 plus minutes wait. The staff that serve you are very helpful. It's just the waiting times.

As expected they have all the parts for German vehicles no hassle and no fuss. Knowledgeable staff offering great advice. They are a little pricey but with the cost if you don?t have experience and need that guidance.

Very helpful. Made an effort to make sure the part I wanted was the correct one.
Absolutely great service. Lost one star because the price was higher than other places. But because of their helpful attitude I will go back again to buy parts.
