The first time I came to Effra is something I’ll never forget, from the lovely staff to great atmosphere, what a treat. Being served by Eashan especially was my highlight of the year. He creates drinks with such dexterity and charm. I will definitely be back!

Lively place with drink deals on quieter weekdays. Been here several times. The DJs aren’t that good, went recently on Saturday night and the DJ looked incredibly bored and that came out in her music. Bar staff are efficient, and clear tables regularly. Mid range selection on tap. Best area is the front garden.
Effra Social is a wonderful time-warp, hosting great contemporary artists and events every day of the week! A beautiful Victorian pub serving the best food, drink and entertainment. Spacious beer garden, large bar and dance hall, private function room.
