Me and my wife were served by Sean K (26), we received professional assistance in what was an extremely busy time at the store. He is a credit to the branch and the company as he clearly has deep knowledge and great people skills.

It is frustrating when you have broken tv and then you go to Currys cos u have repair plan, at repair desk lady was takimg forever as she was dealing with her customer/friend and was due for lunch. Then man came and gave me printout and told me to call CS. And from there everything started to go South. Currys driver lied about me not being home,tv wasnt collected. Well i have all tech from Currys and CS has gone downhill.

Do not shop here. AVOID! A Curry's employee called a customer stupid and another employee verbally abused the customer and made threats on the shop floor infront all the customers. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour!!! I will not shop in Currys again.

I was at the store on 02/23/2024 and had terrible service. I chose a 65" TV, a clothes dryer and a toaster. It came to a total of £750 and I had £540 in £1 and £2 coins which were from savings I had been making for some time. And the the rest of the amount would be paid by debit card. Surprisingly, the store didn't accept my coins ? Since it's money in the same way that a banknote is also money.So I took my money and went to Argos and managed to make my purchase without any problems and even got a discount on some products. Not to mention that at Argos a superior dryer was even priced lower than the one at Currys.

I brought an item online and it was faulty. The lady acted as if I inconvenienced her. I was polite and said thank you and she blanked me.. I will go to Amazon next time...

I was in Curry's Brixton today and met a most fantastic, helpful and kind woman named Marcia. She helped me resolve an issue with my phone which I was given advice from the online team. I walked out with what I intended to do, after the kindest and resilience of this member of staff. She was the only member of staff working at a high standard, while I was in store. A big thank you for your help.

On Saturday 2nd December 2023 I bought a Currys Essentials Black & White C20FHW20 Fan Heater in store. Cold weather had set in and I lived locally so I thought it was a quick and convenient purchase. The heater died on 12th January 2024 ? 40 days later. The light still came on but the fan didn?t spin and no heat came out of it. On returning it to Currys I was directed by the manager to stand in a queue to process a replacement. After 30 minutes the queue still hadn?t moved and I still had 4 people in front of me. This means that it would have taken me at least another 2 hours to get a refund processed for a heater that cost me £24. It's a shame really because there were numerous other staff on the shop floor doing nothing but twiddling their thumbs, just only a few people on the Customer Service section. On returning to the main tills the manager again directed me back to the queue. When I told him that I wasn?t going to stand in a queue for 2 hours for something that cost £24 he told me that the only option then was for me to purchase another as a replacement and took great pleasure in charging me again for a rubbish product. My strong advise is NOT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH CURRYS. Amazon will get a product to you the next day and you don?t risk loosing hours of your life to an inept antiquated system. If they carry on like this I am sure they will be out of business soon anyway. Any warranty you might have had will be worthless accordingly? Just my 10 cents...

Had an unpleasant morning at the nearly empty store. The first employee I approached was rude and more interested in Facebook than helping. The second one kept me waiting for 10 minutes without any apparent reason.

Attempted to get some assistance from staff and store manager for over an hour, extremely rude to customers and kept redirecting us to other staff members who kept saying they were busy with no customers and did not offer any resolutions
