The place smells like a sewer, things are never getting restocked, and staff don't seem preoccupied with placing products on the correct shelf, so you have to spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to find how much everything costs.

I don?t shop at Co- op as a general rule. Over priced products with the idea of helping the environment and people?. sounds nice, but when you?re working with a budget- well anyway go figure! However, I walked into this one and was met with Debbie, so helpful and just lovely. What a joy to receive good customer service. So good that I will pop in there again. Has disability access, and assistance with a smile- very surprisingly pleased

The shop itself aint too bad, however the customer?s assistants are very lazy, they act as if you need to serve them, not the other way around.

Unhelpful staff when it comes to collecting DPD packages. Salvam, the most jobsworth member of staff, refused to accept a physical Drivers license as identification when DPD couldn't provide a QR code and instructed me to visit the store. Waste of time and journey.

Well done to the 4 or 5 Co-op guys who fronted up a shoplifter or a guy behaving anti-socially and forced him out the store as I approached about 6pm Sat 28th. Well done guys...

Useless, made an order on uber eats, the receipt attached to the bag showed the correct order of groceries and the actual order was beer and toilet paper. Called the store and no one answers, the phone just rings out.

Smells of sewage in the entrance/first aisle for years. Also not obvious their parcel collection service is at a random staff door the back of the store (no signs) and if you ask someone on the floor/till they tell you to just wait there u til someone comes out and notices you? would have thought they?d have a better system

The smell of sewage as you enter the store is off putting and should be fixed, not only to keep customers but for the welfare of your staff, not sure how they put up with it.Now and again it slips my mind and I enter, before quickly turning back and heading to M&S

Been shopping in this shop for 5 years , And Evian water which cost £1.45 and sold separately, are filled with tap water these should be checked from the managers as is a disgrace been feeling ill all night because of this .
