Smells of sewage in the entrance/first aisle for years. Also not obvious their parcel collection service is at a random staff door the back of the store (no signs) and if you ask someone on the floor/till they tell you to just wait there u til someone comes out and notices you? would have thought they?d have a better system

The smell of sewage as you enter the store is off putting and should be fixed, not only to keep customers but for the welfare of your staff, not sure how they put up with it.Now and again it slips my mind and I enter, before quickly turning back and heading to M&S

Been shopping in this shop for 5 years , And Evian water which cost £1.45 and sold separately, are filled with tap water these should be checked from the managers as is a disgrace been feeling ill all night because of this .

I placed a order from Uber eats and the store scammed my order by sending me incorrect number of items but ticked off my list like everything is there. Not ordering again.

We have nicknamed this store the poo-op because it stinks.I don't know how it's not been sorted yet.The prices in here are about the same as M&S down the road.

The smell in there alone gives it a 1. It?s honestly smelt awful in there for 3+ years, sort it out for the love of god.

Was assisted by the in-store security/customer support? today in the late morning. Young man at the door directed me to the amazon service desk.Not only was he professional and efficient, he was consumer focussed and courteous and had a great sense of humour.Even though I wasn't in the store for long this level of pro-active customer support by the staff made my day. An asset to have this kind of staff for any business - a man going places!!

this coop is decent however, there is an atrocious smell, like old food mixed with vinegar or pickle. Really odd. It makes me shop really quick.I get what I need and go. I feel sorry for the shop workers. The smell is surely against H&S in some way.
