If you hate your stomach, this is the place for you. I had the grilled chicken and now I?m sprinting to the bathroom like it?s the Olympics. My stomach is making sounds like a horror movie. Tasted like regret, finished like a disaster. 0/10 ? send help.

Honestly the manager looked after us. Made us feel very welcomed, it was late and he made us fresh batch of food, would highly recommend coming here for ur lunch or even a late night meal, super fresh and super tasty

The chicken fillet i got i just sat down opened the chips salt n peppered them ate 4 chips n the burger fillet is ice cold n then the ladies there have no customer service saying I should eat faster n the second one also cold. During that time another lady complained bout the chicken being cold.

Is either the fried chicken that isn?t good for human consumption or it?s been cooked many days ago and they?re just reheating it

Extremely bad ?? customer service..period..plus they never got my order correctly and when I'd brought it ? to their attention. The hygiene levels are extremely unhealthy and below 3 standards, which they didn't make any effort to make ? my experience ? better than my entire time there. The customer service was so disappointing and disrespectful..period..to the point ?? off my cheese ? which I'd asked too be in my BBQ chicken ? burger ?. It never had no cheese..period...brought it back to the counter and in less than 10 seconds of dismissed attitude I'd received and saw members of staff picked up a cheese ? and no protection off blue gloves..period..just put the cheese in my burger. shalawam kaaaabooom ?? ? ?

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, mainly due to the unprofessional behaviour of the staff. A specific employee at the till was rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of customer service. This wasn?t the first time I encountered such disrespect here?it?s happened before. I paid for my order and simply asked for a little extra, but she refused in a rude and egoistic manner. The attitude of the staff makes the experience unpleasant, and I won?t be returning. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this place fails in that regard.?

I recently ordered two chicken burger meals from Chicken Cottage Streatham Hill via Just Eat. They had a deal for £12, but after service fees, the total came to £15?meaning I effectively paid around £7.50 per meal. Given the price, I expected decent quality, but unfortunately, it didn?t quite live up to my expectations.
Burger ? 3/10
The chicken burger was disappointing. The chicken itself had a chewy texture and lacked the crispiness you?d hope for in a good fried chicken burger. It didn?t have that premium, well-seasoned crunch you?d find in better fast-food chains. Instead, it tasted more like something from a lower-quality takeaway.
The sauce was lazily applied?just slapped on rather than evenly spread, which made some bites overly saucy while others were completely dry. The lettuce was practically non-existent, adding nothing to the burger?s overall freshness or texture.
Chips ? 7/10
The chips were a pleasant surprise. They arrived piping hot, with a nice crunch on the outside and a fluffy interior. The only issue was the lack of salt, which would have enhanced the flavour significantly. But overall, they were much better than expected and easily the best part of the meal.
Drinks ? 10/10
No complaints here?the drinks arrived ice-cold, which was great. It?s a small detail, but it makes a big difference when having a meal.
Delivery & Overall Experience ? 5/10
I live about 15 minutes away from the restaurant, and the food arrived in good time and at the right temperature. However, the quality of the chicken burger really let the meal down. If they improved the chicken?s texture and crispiness, added a more generous portion of fresh lettuce, and spread the sauce properly, it would be a much better experience.
For £7.50 per meal, I expected more. The chips and drinks were solid, but the burger?arguably the main event?was underwhelming. Overall, I?d rate my experience a 5/10.
