Just been in here. The girl behind the desk said I have to do a minimum of £1 bet. I said that i normally do 50p bet you win. She said no. Minimum £1. Encouraging people to gamble higher amounts it not right.

Such an utter disgrace throughout the whole Betfred outlets. Firstly your staff have zero customer services experience, especially at Streatham branch.Their ,may I add not all staff but most have a vile attitude, lack any of compassion towards addicts.Now you can't even call customer services.

Non friendly staff - Self service football betting machine froze had to get staff to sort out machine to return money left in credit which took time to sort out.wouldnt use again in this part of London.
