I've tried to visit this shop 3 times in the last year to purchase postage stamps. Google says its open but when you get there it isn't. So I've never found out if they sell postage stamps. Do yourself a favour and go to big Tesco.I have walked past this shop and it does open sometimes so it isn't permanently closed but just seems to randomly shut sometimes.

Visited the shop around 6:30 pm . Witnessed the manager's harsh treatment of a new employee, criticizing him for mistakes and openly berating him in front of customers. She seemed impatient with his questions, creating a tense atmosphere. Mentioned "gross misconduct" for a simple error, which felt excessive. You could also hear her loudly complaining about how she has to "fix all the previous manager's mistakes".. I needed assistance but I felt too uncomfortable to ask her. This unprofessional behavior left a disappointing impression of the store's management and honestly, it was embarrassing and shameful.

I visited this store today to purchase my sick Grandmother?s weekly magazines. I was confronted by a member of staff named ?Tesha? who told me in an aggressive manner ?You should have walked around the other way, I don?t like when people brush past me?. And then proceeded to stand there staring at me. I am heavily pregnant and struggled to reach the magazines that were up high on the shelf and she just stared and didn?t offer me any help. I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in my local WHSmith and the whole experience has left me quite upset. I won?t be returning to this store in the future.

Nobody serving always at the back of the shop. Security stands behind you until you give up and leave or until you finally get served.

Don?t use for Inpost!Constantly closed in opening times so parcels always go back to sender & then when it is open the lockers are always full.

A bog standard store with exorbitantly priced drinks. I paid nearly £2 for a bottle of water. I would only ever come here as a last resort. I actually mistook it for the Sainsburys Local next door!

I went to the counter to buy a greetings card. Sales advisor was sat down, on his phone, chatting to his mate and said I had to use the self checkout tills.I guess when you get that much footfall you don't have to care about customer experience.Disappointed.

Cashier very rude. If shop is going to randomly close between 14:00-15:00 it should show on the opening times online.

Not wheelchair friendly, took my mother in for a book, while trying to manuvour around a dumpbin by the tills the large pricing poster dropped and while I parked the chair and picked it up twice, the staff stood watching while chatting to eachother. To much of a nightmare to attempt gettin to the next isle so we left.
