Brixton TK has 10 cashier stations, but usually only 3 - 3 are open. This ends up being a 20-minute queue just to pay, really poor customer experience.

The manager ( lady with the large neck tattoo) was really rude and unprofessional. She's clearly in the wrong line of work as a customer sales representative, as she has no customer skills.
Retraining would be useful. Sticking to clapham Tkmaxx from now.

They have great merchant and each section is clearly labelled for customers to easily find whatever they're looking for. The discounts are phenomenal and great quality for a decent price. Also, every floor is accessible for wheelchair and buggy users. Although under staffed, the staff are super friendly and hard workers, super efficient.

Was extremely disappointed with this branch. Was browsing the makeup area and much of the packaging was already open, I picked up an open box and looked at the product and was told off, I apologised and put it back and continued browsing. Not even five minutes later the same security guard that had told me off previously started screaming at me for using their products - which I didn't - I tried explaining that I hadn't and tried to prove it but he didn't listen to me and told me to leave, continuing to shout at me, as someone who is visibly under 18. Extremely rude staff and will not come back again.
