Brixton TK has 10 cashier stations, but usually only 3 - 3 are open. This ends up being a 20-minute queue just to pay, really poor customer experience.

The manager ( lady with the large neck tattoo) was really rude and unprofessional. She's clearly in the wrong line of work as a customer sales representative, as she has no customer skills. Retraining would be useful. Sticking to clapham Tkmaxx from now.

They have great merchant and each section is clearly labelled for customers to easily find whatever they're looking for. The discounts are phenomenal and great quality for a decent price.
