Made it clear that I was just researching and thinking about upgrading my device, then a colleague, potentially a supervisor, pressures his colleague not to deal with me going on about points so they can get a bonus.... there was no queue behind me... the colleague does it twice in front of me. Making me feel I was the problem...this was within 3 minutes of setting foot in the shop. Decided If I want to buy a device, I'll do it elsewhere where I don't feel like I'm a problem and where they might explain options of an upgrade. To the guy who served me nothing wrong with your service, your colleague put me off.

Really bad customer service. Purchased a 5G box from the store and cancelled it after a month (within policy). I was told it was cancelled but continued to receive emails and texts for payments. I was then told by the store and customer services on the phone to ignore the texts and emails for payments but after 2 months I found out the store had FAILED to register that I had cancelled my account and so my details had been past onto debt collectors. Awful customer service and clearly no one there knows what they're doing.

Gabriela was very welcoming and friendly. She offered assistance immediately and explained the procedure thoroughly. I felt very confident and comfortable with my purchase as she explained everything very well and with meticulous care.
