Great sandwiches freshly made daily. It always delivers good quality. Our favorites at home include the egg mayo and cheddar with onion pickle. Last time I came to this on in Brixton, but we pretty much have sandwiches from pret a manger every time we are travelling and on a rush, so I?d recommend grabbing something here if that?s the case, or simply for the occasional lunch.

Great customer service but one star taken off for how FREEZING COLD they keep the basement seating area. I get it, they don?t want people to loiter all day but if you?re gonna try and do some work down there, BRING A SCARF!

I had ordered the new Ube brûlée latte, it was horrible and was heavy coffee based. Nothing like the image when ordering and no ube taste at all. Disappointed not ordering ever again.

Pret A Manger is a reliable grab-and-go spot offering fresh sandwiches, salads, and organic coffee. Their ingredients are high-quality, and the menu includes great healthy options. However, prices can feel steep, and service speed varies.
Brixton store is extremely busy but still is always clean and offers fast and efficient service.

So I went to this place today and politely asked for small latte and just before I leave I drunk some of it but it didn?t taste like the usual latte so I went back to the till and asked if my coffee is latte ? He said no it?s flat white ! And I said well I don?t ask for flat white ! He responded me they both are the same latte and flat white are the same ! I said not mate this coffee is stronger than what I usually have ! He?s telling me okay don?t Complain here it?s not us who make the coffees ! You need to complain to the company !! I got shocked and left as I didn?t have time to argue while other people was waiting to be served! But all I wanna say the customer service was horrible and the guy was on the till was way too rude ! I won?t recommend this place at all ?

Absolutely disrespectful staff!! There was some spilled water in the bathroom and the boy named ABDI screamed at me across the store and was talking to me as if he is my father, although i had apologised for my mistake. When i asked him not to speak to me in a disrespectful manner, his response was ?who do you think you are?. I hope this review will be seen by the management of the establishment and that they will make sure to retrain their staff, as this behaviour is unacceptable. I was not an angry costumer, until i was disrespected. You will always have people spill some water in the bathroom, would you rather just wipe it off or have a scene in the middle of the store before all the customers? PS: i can see that there are a lot of complaints about the staff and customer service. I am not surprised!
