Very poorly managed shop. It?s fault of management. I had to write official complain to HQ. Staff is untrained, there is no costumer service. I mean. It?s Poundland but smile and nice attitude cost nothing.

At 1:53 today 10/25/2023My mother was at your store when she witnessed an incident involving a customer and one of your managers. The customer, an elderly lady, accidentally dropped her pound coin, and it rolled away. To her surprise, the manager on duty at that time not only declined to assist the lady in retrieving her coin but also expressed his unwillingness to help in any way.This incident was distressing to witness, as it was clear that the customer was in need of support, and it is a basic expectation of customer service to provide assistance when such situations arise.I believe that the behavior exhibited by your manager was not in line with the level of service and professionalism that customers should expect when visiting your store. It left a negative impression and reflects poorly on your establishment.
