What a bad costumer service!I went today Friday 15/03/24 at 16:12pm and apparently that was an issue but they said they will close at 16:30pm and the lady said in very rude way, that she won?t server any one after 16:30pm? was just one person on from of me so I stayed!She spend like 10min just putting a cartel at the door saying that will be close at 16:30pm! I got the the window at 16:28pm and I wanna just to ask something? and she did not help me at all? she was more focused on closed that on help me?I think there are thousands more ppl who could do that job in a proper way and friendly way!Not someone who it?s clearly not happy and doesn?t like what she does!

If I could have left no stars I would have.First of all, VERY SLOW when wanting to send a package off. I got to the till, lady was very rude, has no patience, I asked her to repeat herself as I couldn?t hear her, she had such a bad attitude. She got funny with myself and everyone behind me because her break was at 2:00pm and it had just turned 2:00pm, but the way I see it is that?s her issue as she should have got another staff member to close the door.She then turned to me and said ?why are you looking at me like that? with such anger in her tone. Baring in mind I just wanted to send the package off, my face wasn?t any particular way. Thats just not how you treat customers. She needs some sort of retail customer service training because she doesn?t know how to talk to people properly.Sophia on the other hand lovely lady, spoken to her before.

Rude staff who try to overcharge customers by telling them they have to buy one of the most expensive options. Far easier and cheaper to send items using Royal Mail online. Avoid being treated like an idiot.

More staff is needed at this branch as the lines are always exceptionally long, and it's too much work for one person to do. Having said that, I always have a great experience when I'm being helped by Sofia; she is friendly, knowledgeable and works very hard. It's always great to see her after a long wait, because she's always cheery, with a smile on her face.

This is the worst post office ever, any time I need to come here there?s always an empty chair.Problems accessing the computers that no one knows how to solve it or how long it will take, also problems with passwords that no one is able to access it, and the worst of all is the person that is supposed to arrive at a certain time simply arrived almost 10 minutes passed the time that should be open with her coffee on her hand and taking an extra 10 minutes to set the computers.That is massively disrespectful for costumers who are waiting outside on a cold weather.I made the mistake of sending my parcel to be delivered here but certainly it was the last time.

Good morning. It?s ridicules this post office it?s always open so late should be open at 9:30am and it?s 9:50 today 19th January 2024 still close I working in UWTSD and it?s worse post office.

Disgusting, disgusting service the woman at front desk just sits there overweight ignoring customers thats waiting right in front of her she's has no customer skills and it's just rude hate her at this post office the staff used to be nice.

I often use the Brixton Road Post Office to send and receive package and also use the shops located inside for stationeries. Its very useful serving the local community and Sofia the clerk at the counter is so very helpful & friendly thanks also for help serving the local community thanks?

Honestly this was one of the best customer services experience at the post office, I was assisted with my query by Sofia and I couldn't have been more impressed the quality of the customer service that she provided. Thanks again
