Had an interview with a personal banker and it was fantastic. She was extremely helpful and very informative. I definitely recommend this branch.

3 or 4 "express service" machines, yet only 1 was working, whilst there were long queues. However, when finally served by a cashier, the service was prompt and pleasant.

Long queues as usual , one teller wearing converse trainers with a fleece. Went in to sell euros and told by a teller male African American that they don't do foreign exchange which is a lie because the website says different. Natwest is terrible now its shocking

Generally speaking my experience at this branch has been very good so I would have rated 5 stars because the staff are usually nice and helpful, however, on one occasion during the summer of 2020 when Covid restrictions were limited, my mother was forced to wait in line for maybe 30 minutes to an hour in the rain only to be told that the person servicing at the counter, couldn't help. It was unbelievably ignorant. Had the person manning the door been trained in the processes of the bank all of that time spent being rained upon could have been saved. I just think that guards should have more training on which services are available so they can advise customers waiting outside.

I went into the branch last week to discuss a little business. I met the branch manager who was great in explaining all the products I could choose. After about an hour of discussion my options I was pleased to make a decision. I highly recommend this branch and especially the branch manager for his help. I've always left with a big smile on my face. Thank you Natwest for being great.

This branch has really improved over the last year so giving it a 5 star. No issues whenever I go there and always top service. I heard there was a management change so this might be why things are much better these days.

Queue for nearly half and hour to discover when I got in they do not show any difference between thous wanting to use the cashier and thous who want to use the machines to cash in cheques etc.Mentioned this to the "security" man who was completly indifferent about it. Hopefully I wont have to pay in a cheque ever again and they can just close down the branch if they treat their customers so badly.Had to give one star because I had too.

Went to open a business account last week and the branch manager mr kemal was fantastic. All the paper work done, answered my questions, free coffee and a smile. All in 30 minutes! That's what I call service.

Make sure you count your money 5 times before you hand over your hard earn cash. Some staff member are not honest there, I have put a complain in will see what comes out of it. That is all I can say now.

Utterly disgraceful customer service with no respect to their customers and help towards its vulnerable customers. It disregards the duties they have as a bank to make banking safe for customers. The branch is unwilling to understand the needs of their customers and makes banking stressful.

Absolutely hate going into this branch of natwest staff are awful.and always mass queues to get served each time I've been in only one person serving absolute jokes takes them an eternity to do anything anymore laid back they would be asleep

If I could score less I would of. Not for the people but for the bank.

The line is out the door even if you arrive when they first open. The staff are all unprofessional.

The worst bank service ever. Bar none. Not enough staff. Machines only let you withdraw so much. It's like being held hostage for your own monies. Most, most unpleasant.
