Staff aint helpful at all should never have taken away clapham common and clapham junction one brixton is my closest now the staff in there are rude yes you have people from the streets coming and chilling out i would rather travel to victoria brixton branch is a no go

Place seems broken , staff nice especially the old Clapham branch ones bless them . I dread visiting this place it?s depressing always long queues, machines not working , people popping in for a rest of the streets , people that need help big time bless them ?..
Unsure it gives a great impression of nationwide compared to their banks whose premises seem more clean and welcoming .

Went to open an account this morning only to be told: do it online as we don't have enough staff?? Very bad from the managers! I want to be served by someone not a machine! Can you stop forcing us customers to use machines, online etc!?? Its my money and you are a bank I decide how I want to be served! Stat away from Nationwide!!

I just dont have a good experience with them. I remember making an appointment with them to open an account and we went there on the said schedule. No one was there to attend to us.

Always helpful. Were responsive when my card got retained by the machine and held onto it so I could come and get it ?

I love Nationwide. Much better service than the big 5 banks in UK. I also love the app. Easy to use and getting better. Sometimes, you still have to use a card reader for new payments and they can be fussy with contactless; but it's for cudtomers' security and this can only be a good thing.
