I was seated pretty quickly by the security guard on the door. Ordered my food. Waited over 45 minutes for my food to come back cold. I complained and the food was replaced but again still lukewarm. I usually come here and never has the food/service been like this before. Disappointing

Quite possibly one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Arrived Sunday evening 7pm, busy, but plenty of staff around, queue inside was seemingly waiting for tables, but there was absolutely no communication or effort from staff to attend you or indicate this. Once finally seated, the phone ordering system was taken offline, and they stopped taking orders entirely for 30 minutes because they were too busy! Perhaps someone should be managing the situation better so it doesn't get to that point? We were in no hurry, fortunately, but the vibe inside was absolutely awful while everyone wondered what on earth was going on. Once the food was ordered and arrived it was warm, but not hot.
Staff could have made this such a better experience but instead, ironically, were all walking around like headless chickens.

The restaurant was pretty quiet, the team member that greeted us was very polite and helpful, also asked for allergens
The food itself was decent, the double chicken wrap had a perfect of sauce and jam and was cooked just right
The only thing lacking was a checkback, there was a team member walking the floor making sure the tables were clear when people left but did not seem to want to engage in any way. A friendly ?how is everything? or ?how was your food? would have bumped this up to a higher rating and enhanced the experience, especially when the restaurant was quiet.

went with my boyfriend 05/06/25, at around 2100 ( they close 2200 ) & was turned away because they ?ran out of chicken? and they ?only had enough for those in store? so we walked away? as we were walking the security guard said if we take the food away we can order? no sense? so there?s chicken available only if we eat take away
