i experienced racism by a white manager (he was not wearing a name badge) yesterday (august 5th at around 12pm) all because i asked for an extra shot because i couldn?t taste the mango flavoured sprite which i had PAID for. the manager proceeded to tell me that if a colleague ( a black woman) gave me the extra shot, she would be fired. I am definitely going to take this further because i can see that there may be unfair treatment amongst black staff members or possibly other ethnic persons when this particular manager is there. During the whole interaction, the staff members were completely silent when the manager started twisting my words and shouting that i wanted free food. ( obviously not the case) which is why i genuinely believe that the coloured staff members may be scared of him. The way he looked at me was so sinister and disgusting. As a manager, even when a customer is not happy, it is your duty to attempt to de-escalate the situation. instead, this manager decided to be incredibly unprofessional and shout over me. As well as shouting in front of customers that i was asking for free food which was a LIE. all i wanted was 1 more shot of the mango so i could taste what i PAID for. I?m advising you to not go through with your order if you see this specific manager, because if there is anything wrong with your order especially if you?re black, you?ll be embarrassed.

The food is like any other McDonald?s, I really like the quarter pounder with cheese, so overall good. The service, I can?t say the same. They ALWAYS forget something and glance at you at the desk when you need assistance then they carry on with something else, as if avoiding you. I get that they?re working but at least attend the customers you served. The placement of this McDonald?s, not very good. Homeless people coming in asking the employees for food, every time I leave this McDonald?s it?s always chaos outside, crowded, cramped.

(READ).. i'm so traumatised and upset with this mcdonald's. Genuinely worst place i ve been to.. I am disabled and needed to use the toilet, showing my disability key and my EMERGENCY disability badge; they kept turning me down (which is literally illegal). It was only 10:30pm, however only a couple of months ago i've had to come in here for an emergency and they let me in. They were lying straight to my face and acted as if i was nothing. I even spoke to the manager and he was laughing in my face. My family even had to say something and they were just laughing and smiling. My family had to hold me up because of the pain they caused me. I was bullied. Im so upset.

I didn't share words here .. its so so bad word that I can told ... simple say that it's so so bad ? ? ? ? in delevery. One everytime there system didn't work .. people's come from 2 3 mile but they told you we haven't this order cancelled at .. so what is this.. and some time you will be waiting fro 30 mints then they told we haven't this order . And sttaff are not corporate and so arrogant.... this review will see by some good people that why I didn't use the world that I want ...
