Lidl was always a nightmare for not having enough staff on the tills, bit now they've changed the tills again to.be mostly self service this place is a total nightmare. Only 1 staff member covers all self service tills AND the trolley area. Had to wait 10 mins just for someone to serve me at trolley section. And then have stupid barrier so have to have a receipt I throw away immediately jist to get out. Utterly hate this money grabbing scheme that totally ignores customer experience. Get some more staff on the tills!!!

I will never shop here again
They averyday keeps they cash till closed!
Everyday I need to wait in line for 15 minutes before be able to access a cash payment till!
This is ridiculous!!
Every time I question the stuff,they seems to not bother and answering back rude!
Today it was tha blond woman yesterday and the other day it was the black guys attending and shouting at the tills!
I have been shopping in this Lidl since opened 8year or more ago!
Since they refurbished recently I got way worst!
And again the workers there are not able to help you and address you where the stuff is!!
Very disappointed
Anyway I stop to buy my groceries and food here,if you don?t like my cash i will simply go to Nine Elms saying bury that alway accept my cash and make it easy for me to shop there

Since the refurbishment of store, it's been noticed a few items I used to buy have been removed from the shelves. This appears to be due to space. The middle aisle has gone which in my opinion is the essence of visiting a lidl. It's a bit of a let down ......

Used to go frequently to the store due to Middle of Lidl. After the refurb it is gone and the fun with it. Also they don't do full range of the speciality week due to space . Basically less space now than before refurb! (But a wall full of Easter choc 3 months before Easter is apparently ok) Generally the produce is good , price fair and staff efficient.

Since the refurbishment they have dramatically reduced the stock and got rid of Middle of Lidl?!

I am a regular customer at this Lidl. I have never seen anyone behave in such a way towards a customer whilst shopping there. I was in the que for the self checkout and the lady on the floor was quite aggressive and confusing in directing us where we need to go, she was saying stuff like ?don?t go wherever you want.? despite the fact that people were confused by the lack of organisation. When I was actually using the self checkout a man had asked for help and the lady shouted something like ?IF YOU WAIT IT WILL WORK? the man had replied saying that he just needed help. She then decided to shout and him ?I DON?T KNOW WHY YOU ARE SHOUTING AT ME?. He was not at all. Surprisingly he did try to explain to her that he was not trying to argue with her in a calm manner and she shouted at him again saying ?I AM NOT ARGUING WITH YOU, I AM NOT ARGUING WITH YOU?. She then walked off and more members of staff came onto the floor to help with the business. I had quite a lot to put through the self checkout and when I was about to pay I realised that the man was still waiting for help. It looks like he didn?t ask and waited all that time because someone had already shouted at him for asking for help the first time. Is this how customers are supposed to be treated? Not everyone is used to the self checkouts or just require more help. This was so unprofessional, I hardly ever go out of my way to leave reviews especially bad ones, but this was too much.

This Lidl is hit and miss, sometimes it?s filled with food and other times it?s empty, below is a video of how empty it can be on one of my visits, there?s no middle isles either which is unfortunate and needs to be implemented for sure, but the staff are helpful and efficient.
