Cleanest KFC I've ever visited, including toilet. Staff even asked me if need help with ordering via touchscreen. Such a difference compared to a dirty McDonald's across the road which is like homeless shelter.

This KFC is so slow, which is a mystery since it is fast food store. Have waited 20-25min to get a 3 piece chicken meal. The fry chicken is very greasy, I don?t want to say it tasted bad since KFC are all prepared in the central kitchen and cooked in a machine, the person who cooked the food should have 0% impact to the taste! Which is another mystery. But it did taste bad, are they selling fake KFC to me? That aside, how can the food take so long to cook? There were only 3 people in front of me. The store manager is unless, couldn?t say a reason and have no solution other than just tell us to wait! Worst experience ever from a fast food shop.

However.. certain individuals hanging around the area are suspect and the security guard asked why i was waiting so long (ie: i was waiting for my food).. and they got my order wrong but what can do ????

Brixton KFC is a life saver. After a night of partying and booze, you get the munchies, and at 03:45 on a Sunday morning KFC, a childhood staple, is one of the very few places to get food that's open. I can't comment about service as it's all done electronically and it's a takeaway, so I don't think atmosphere is a factor.
Parking: Very close to Brixton Underground Station. It's always busy on a Saturday night / Sunday morning, but I have never experienced or seen any problems there in all the decades I've been there.

Big shout out to Shivani! (3Nov2024)
It was my first time in this KFC branch and the kiosk ordering system left me flummoxed. You are forced to place your order at the kiosk whether paying by cash or card. She did not hesitate when I asked for assistance with ordering at the kiosk.
She came out and did the order. Before continuing, she double checked that my requested piece of chicken was available. She printed the receipt, went back to the till and took my cash.
The 2* is because the requested piece was very dry possibly indiciating it had being on the rack for a while.
The 3* is because the floor area had uncleared tables, sauce packets, tissues and discarded paper bags. The toliets were clean with adequate toliet paper and soap.
NOTE: Telephoning her mgr (Asif) to give my compliments, I discovered that the number on the receipt is for the Ashford branch. Googling I found the Brixton branch telephone number to learn that Head Office puts the telephone numbers. If Head Office is reading this review, they can see the proof in my evidence pic and possibly amend to the correct telephone number.

I just went to KFC in Brixton to get a meal, I?m so very disappointed. assistant manager mr NIBIR is very rude , he was not put on the ? and he is not a clean person to service the food . Please respect to the customer. without customer you can?t do anything.

Food good. Toilets are a biohazard not sure why they keep them unlocked in an area like this, plus whats the point in the security guard if he doesnt stop these people going in there?

Anyone who works in here deserves a medal for bravery. I would rather feed Hannibal Lecter with my fingers than do a late night shift in here.
