Extremely poor customer service, Falsely priced goods. Bad attitude, lies, and false information regarding products and making a complaint by the assistant manager.
I'll never waste my money on that store again.
If you want to spend your money where people have basic courtesy and manners DONT SHOP AT JD sports

I frequent the store quite often, my experience has been good so far but yesterday I was served by one gentleman (Lucas) whose service was outstanding!! He was very nice, got me everything I needed and even gave me some great recommendations ?? Thank you Lucas for making my shopping experience lovely.

I went to buy baby close i kindly asked them for hangers as iI am making hamper 2 staff members been very rude to me. Not professional at all very disappointed i had to leave the items.I went and bought it in footlocker they gave me the hangers. They losing customers by showing attitude and arrogance.

Asked the guy standing at the front if I could get a shoe I was holding in my size. He takes the shoe says "hold on", puts it back on the rack and scans the tag. He then tells me he will "be a min" and walks off. I stand there for 10 mins waiting and he eventually slowly walks back up to me and asks if I need help. I stand there stund for a bit then ask him again if they had the shoe I asked for in my size. He denys I asked him anything in the first place even after I point yo the shoe he just scanned.
Guy clearly stoned or tired but he had absolutely no joy in his face and just looked upset to be asked for anything.
Waste of my time and his.
Guy had black glasses on and braided hair.

Offers are good, but be careful when you pay for your stuff sometimes they scan two times for the same item, so be careful when you checkout.
