Extremely poor customer service, Falsely priced goods. Bad attitude, lies, and false information regarding products and making a complaint by the assistant manager.
I'll never waste my money on that store again. If you want to spend your money where people have basic courtesy and manners DONT SHOP AT JD sports

I frequent the store quite often, my experience has been good so far but yesterday I was served by one gentleman (Lucas) whose service was outstanding!! He was very nice, got me everything I needed and even gave me some great recommendations ❤️ Thank you Lucas for making my shopping experience lovely.
