Great selection of stock in the store but the service! 5 or 6 self service tills and only 2 open. 3 till positions and only one member of staff serving/taking payments with 8 people queuing. Where are the staff???? No wonder high street shopping is becoming so scarce. Very frustating

Apparently only one till working downstairs. The manager smelt of weed on shop floor and the girls on the till are clearly upset that they have to work. Laid back toxic vibes here...

I was waiting in the queue more than 20 minutes and only 5 people in front of me and 2 tills open- really bad. Definitely people serving at the tills need some training. I never experienced such a bad customer service. Would be nice to say hello and thank you at least. For sure I?m not going back to that shop.

Terribly managed store. Always 20 staff hanging stuff up, wandering around. Only ever one person on the till. Self serve tills all broken. 20 minutes wait to buy anything.

H&M Brixton! The queue has 10 people waiting and there is ONE cashier who is taking her time counting the bottons on all the shirts a lady has been returning for the past 15 mins. I think they are doing this deliberately to force people to use the self check out. There are other colleagues walking around touching things on the shelves pretending to work, meanwhile the queue is through the door. They also have self check out machines that beep and beep and beep incessantly. I?ve never seen a store like this in my entire life!!

Why does only one till work? Why does it take like 5 minutes to check out each individual customer? Why did I wait in the queue for 25 minutes? (because I had to make a return, but it?s a rhetorical question).

I was just in the Brixton store to return something and was served by a very hostile young girl..unfortunately I didn?t get her name.
At first I was very polite and straight away she seemed to have a problem with me!
I did say that I find her very unfriendly!
At the end she asked her colleague to take over and said I was huffing and puffing at her till!
Her colleague took over, also not very friendly?and the original girl disappeared into the back!
When I was leaving the store, she had also left the tag on my purchase.
I would suggest to send her for some customer service skills training!

Love this store. Especially the non working FIVE tills and waiting in extensive queues with 1-2 people who decide to get on a till operated by a human being. If you're lucky. The best ?

Worst customer service ever!
I go here at least once a month and I literally regret it every time.. I walked out today as the Que is just ridiculous at 11.30 am in the morning!
I actually don?t understand how these workers are allowed to act this way and keep their jobs!
The till system is an actual joke the way they avoid the tills is infuriating!
Literally watched one women potter around doing not a lot whilst a young girl was on the till with a huge Que and the self service was out of order!

Soooo sloww you have to wait ages at the till the staff should audition for the sloths in Zootopia it's like they work in slow motion when I was waiting in line I was asked if I was paying card I was then tould to go to self check out upon arriving it was closed what the point of it then ?

The guy needs to go with glasses curly hair rude to everyone im surprised someone like that actually still works there never met anyone so rude. I will be taking it further as his behaviour is horrible. Plus he should also wear clothes that actually look like he is working and not ones that look like he is going for a run in

Good for cheap basic clothes like t shirts. But the quality isn't there and depending on the time and day that you go the que to pay can be a long wait.
