Serious question - what?s the deal with breakfasts here? I like to come on the weekend for a breakfast roll around 10:30. Nearly all the time now ?we have run out? what?s the point of doing breakfast till 11:00 if you guys not cooking the stuff till then? Never had this issue so consistently at any other Greggs branches.

I?ve been going to this Greg?s for years now, The food is never fresh or hot whenever I want to purchase. Everyone knows Greggs isn?t nice when it?s cold and when I brought it to their attention they just shrugged their shoulders and said there?s nothing they can do about it. I have to go home and air fry my Greggs. Poor customer service from all staff members. So to see really.

Everyone busy with delivery orders. No one serving the customer who is waiting. Rubbish customer service. The guy who is serving me his name is Mario j. Wearing manager badges. He also very rude to me.

Horrible service provided by the kitchen and by greggs. I visited the store next to Stockwell station, I ask for half half pizza box and they charged me 12.99 when the advert says 7.99 the girl on the till explain it is online. I added the app, place the order for click and collect, wait 10 minutes get to the desk, is not ready and the guy that is doing pizzas was so rude and said wait 10 minutes or cancelled. Proper rude and arrogante. Teach him some manners please.

On May 7 at 11:28 I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, they said 15 minutes and I waited 32 minutes after picking up the order, why are your employees deceiving people, I was very upset and angry at your service??
