10/10 customer service from hassan and George Although it?s Brixton, somehow they still provided great service. Not even lying, I?ve been to Greggs 1000 times and never experienced such good customer service wow. Made my day

I was looking forward to a chicken and steak bake since the day before. Came this morning and there was only veggie options. I asked how long for meat and the lady said 15-20 mins. Bought 2 veggies the straight away meat options got displayed, on my face, without an apology or willingness to amend. 0 communication and 0 customer service. Then I had to ask for my coffee otherwise it would have taken the 15-20 mins she mentioned. So disappointing...

Shout out to George! Great customer service! He kindly let me know that the pepperoni pizzas were cooking in the oven, ready in 8 minutes, put my margherita in there ready to be collected nice and warm. Put my pizzas in a separate bag because it was raining heavily outside. Nice and friendly worker! Thank you so much!

The staff are really sweet but the manager/company hasn't put security in place, so they get robbed by addicts constantly. I'm surprised the staff haven't quit, the company clearly has no respect for the staff at all.

They never have baguettes! Also I know I can get my baguette heated but once I asked they said I couldn?t which doesn?t make sense cos any other Greggs I have been too have been able to do it. The selves and fridges are completely empty. Staff were confused. It was a mess

great service, the staff are always really sweet. they pretty much always have my favourite item (sausage bean and cheese melt) which i find is quite inconsistent at other gregg?s stores in london. something to be wary of is that they do close quite early. good price and the pastries are always hot and fresh.

The worst customer service, the staff are very rude, the woman just slammed down my omelette roll on the counter and walked away I don?t know what her problem is, I?ll never return back here again the worst Greggs.

The worst branch of Greggs. Time after time it never fails to disappoint; the staff seem put out when you request what most would consider Greggs 'staples'; steak bake, chicken bake, breakfast rolls or sandwiches. But no, none of these are available unless you want to wait 20 minutes. It's not rocket science. Why's it so bad here? You?d never get this up north.
