Cannot thank the staff in EE Brixton enough. My experience there literally made my day. From the moment I walked in the door the guy greeting customers was a dream. So sweet, kind and helpful. He had me smiling from ear to ear, such a sweetheart. He had a lady look after me who again was a dream and so lovely and helpful. I wish I had gotten both their names. Beyond helpful and lovely and they truly made my day. Thanks you two ??

Be very careful when you come here. I had an upgrade anytime contract with EE. I was due an upgrade and so went in store to get a new phone and replacement SIM.I agreed to a price and signed a contract on this basis. The guys in the store basically charged me a completely different rate to what was agreed, lied about the insurance costs and added 2 additional lines to my bill without my agreement. The bill appeared on my phone a week later. When I returned a week later, they refused to give me a copy of my contract and told me not to worry about the charges on my account as I wouldn't actually be charged what was predicted.It took a month of sorting things out with the central EE complaints team before I got things back to normal.Avoid this store at all costs.

The experience on the day I visited this place would not really count much because it was a Saturday when it seems those who were not able to visit during the week came and thus, the place was filled with people. That in itself is a good sign but it was not a day for a good service. My online reservation did not count as I had to wait in line like every other person who just got there. However, after the long wait, it go to my turn and I had a good discussion. I hope they consider these point I raised here to improve their business.

Unfortunately EE Brixton has been a nightmare to deal with.It took 4 visits just to organise and set up a new mobile phone on our account. Then the guy messed up our broadband upgrade causing us to lose the home phone and wifi for a period of time.Following this the deal he initially quoted us for the phone is not what he put through and we were charged doubleWe have had to phone 150 multiple times as well to get issues resolved and now we are being told to go back to EeBrixton to resolve this.EE stores have certainly let their standards in customer service slip.

Went into brixton ee store, a young man named adam saved my life today, he helped me with my devices as someone was tampering with them, was very helpfull, i want him to be star of the month

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have a contract I phone with a faulty microphone. I called EE Brixton and was told to make an appointment or pop in to 'discuss repair options'. I made a repair appointment and when I arrived, was looked at blankly, as if I was mad to be there with my phone. I was told no repairs at this store and my phone wasn't within warranty (he didn't even ask when I bought it). I assured him it was. I was told it could cost £80 and take two weeks and that I should take a toothbrush, cover it in boiling water and clean the microphone myself.I did double check that I was advised to put a hot, wet toothbrush in the electronic device. He confirmed it wouldn't actually be wet, it would be hot. Why would it not be wet, do I let it dry? No, you don't let it dry, it will be damp. So the damp toothbrush is fine and would solve this technical issue.What if it's not a dirty microphone? EE only cover internal software problems, not external problems, I was told. What utter nonsense. These employees had zero interest in supporting an existing customer, clearly couldn't face the paperwork for no commission.This has made me want to leave EE immediately. With a 15% contract increase within 3 months of renewing, and a service that is so poor, I can't imagine having to deal with them again.What an embarrassing and disappointing experience.
