Went to Dreams in Clapham Road today with my dad we purchased a beautiful Bed, Mattress, and headboard. A very Nice Gentleman by the name of Phil helped my dad out immensely. Phil asked my dad to Test out the sleep match Mattress, He also made us a beautiful Latte each and my son a hot chocolate. He was so helpful and very accommodating. The Latte was sooooo Good We even asked for the recipe.
When i Order a new bed i will be going there.
Phil Helped My dad on the lift down as my dad had a wheelchair.
would definitely recommend The Clapham Road store Again and i will be letting my friends know as i have friends who are looking to get another bed.

Very helpful staff (especially Hanan) who spent a couple of hours with me making sure I had the bed I wanted. Also Hanan was very pragmatic when getting the best delivery time for me.

10/10 service and expertise from Phil! Came here to buy a bed and a mattress and left very happy, with exactly what we wanted, in our price range and delivered on the exact date we wanted. I originally went in to the Clapham branch to just look around, as I was thinking of upgrading my mattress. But after trying the Sleepmatch bed, I decided to just go for it and ended up purchasing a new ottoman bed frame and mattress. Excellent customer service from Phil. 5 stars. Can?t wait for my new bed to arrive.

My experience at dreams in Clapham was good. I?ve ordered myself a pocket sprung soft mattress team GB for the Olympics. The bed frame should be much better for me with an uplifting mattress to leave a load of space for things to be put. It should be a lot more comfortable too.
