Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Cex brixton for helping me with my iPad purchase. This is the 3rd time coming to this store and it has improved so much since my last visit around Christmas time, the customer service was amazing couldn?t have asked for a better experience. It?s so good to finally see a store manager be so proactive and step in to assist when colleagues don?t have a answer would definitely recommend Cex Brixton from now on thank you

I received excellent customer service from the store manager, Bridget, and her entire team. They were a pleasure to communicate with and went above and beyond to source a phone for my elderly father. Thank you to the Brixton team for their patience and dedication. Based on their outstanding customer service alone, I would highly recommend the Brixton store and I will definitely be returning when it?s time to upgrade my own phone!

Have never seen such a terrible CEX store before, at least the one on streatham is much, much better. Today I went to buy a game for my son and told him that we had an account and there was money in it. The officer did not even look at me, he checked it and took the normal price of the game from me, he did not even deign to answer.
Now I ask you, we are trading, you do not give us cash, you transfer the money to our account, why can't we use it and why do we see such disrespect??

Customer service is shocking and not consistent. The hibabi woman with glasses tries very hard to avoid helping customers, even when asked by her colleagues and is rude when talking to customers

Horrible service, I practically had to insist that the salesperson sell me an Apple Watch, I gave it 2 stars because at least the price I paid was cheap. If you want to be poorly served, this is the perfect place!

The review is because basically I wanted to exchange my ps4 for a voucher to use in the store and they made me come up to three times because the console did not work. They said they did not have time, that it is not clean, among other things, apart from the staff being so imprudent that the answers are dry and without will for the work that the staff does. So I went to another CEX store and they checked my ps4 down to the last detail, not like Brixton CEX, where they did not even take a look at it and only with a look they defined what was wrong. Thanks to Streatham CEX for helping me, but this store is unacceptable because of where it is located.

Incredibly unhelpful staff. Wanted to buy a high end laptop and had full intention of purchasing one but the staff were not able to answer any questions or give me any idea how the laptop was in terms of specs, performance etc. Just stood over my shoulder whilst I had a browse and checked video playback. Very uncomfortable experience to say the least.

Don't go on the shops on the left of Cex, that is an Indian shop who scams people. Go to Cex if you are close to this area and not to those scam Indian people places. Believe me. They have no dignity or respect it's like going to shop in Bangladesh.

Extremely dodgy area with loads of dangerous people on the streets and no wonder that on the shelves stock wasn?t really shining with great quality and ?A? grades. Staff members are nice and helpful.

Went there to sell a couple of Xbox One games. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the guy behind the counter was. He was very helpful and genuinely interested of my preferences and feedback on the video games sold to them. Wish the store has more games for Xbox but I totally understand it's something out of their control.
