I went yesterday morning to return a watch that I bought the day before, which obviously worked, and the manager on duty (woman With white/yellish hair in her sixthees )was very rude and aggressive to me, and blamed me because according to her the case was broken, of course it wasn't SoThis has been the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.As soon as I took the watch to another Argos store there was no problem and they refunded my money.

Earlier in the evening I had shopped at M&S, Hotel Chocolat and Boots in Victoria station, but it was the staff in Argos in Brixton who were the most helpful, professional and friendly! Well done! You were excellent

I highly recommend using Argos Brixton. I had a wonderful experience getting my items here. I bought my items, paid online and immediately got an email saying I was able to pick up now. I was 10 minutes late due to delay on the bus. The staffs were leaving the store but the lady (I believe it was the manager) kindly offered to help us get our bought items despite arriving 10 minutes after closing time. I truly appreciate her kindness and help!

Return experience awful, the worst retail experience, the worst employees, customer service so unprofessional and rude. The lady there lying, the manager without any empathy, treating me at all times that I was giving a version that I had not given before and that I was basically lying, I never thought that a place could be so dire, that an employee could manipulate the and lie, then a customers service by phone lady the same no help at all, at the end, there comes a time when it doesn't matter if you could either return one thing or not, what matters is the mistreatment, public mistreatment, manipulation, lies, totally disgusting, also after seeing all the Reviews here, I see that it is not something new and that it is something that in that store like to do, customers mistreatment. Well done..

Only place I could find oven gloves. When I put the order in the system automatically added in an Amazon fire I only spotted because the bill leapt to £80 at the last screen. If you buy anything here watch yourself cause they are taking the mick.

The worst retail experience ! Customer service is -1 incredibly unprofessional blond lady and rude. I ask information about a plan for an item that i really wanted to buy and the service was very bad.i ask how much will cost me and she said: take the phone and do it with your calculator and divide for 3 or 6 months. And the 3rd option was regular credit and i ask how much that would have be... she said she don't know. Left empty ended.. she didn't even left me the paper with the info. Not happy at all.
