Avoid. Rude Indian lady at the collection till refused to hand over my parcel. I showed her the text message and the e-receipt with the qr-code but she didn’t even scan it. She wanted to see a “barcode” in an email. I contacted their customer support and they said she was wrong, and she should’ve given my parcel.... read full comment

Pathetic experience today on 23 July 2025 dealing with a senior counter lady.
I showed her receipt in email and showed code and FT number on the message but she refused to deliver the order.
She said policy has changed and she can deliver if I show an email to her with code and FT number. I have not received... read full comment
