Called West London Audi to get a price to sell my current Audi. Wanted to speak to James as I dealt with him before, but no longer works there. Asked for someone to call med back. Simon called me asking me to send details of my car and that he would have a quote sent to me within an hour. 24 hours passed and no quote so I chased again. 48 hours passed and still not heard anything. 4 days have now passed by and still not a word! Terrible service! My family have purchased 6 cars from them in the recent past and this is the service provided in return! The place hasn?t been the same since Saf left!

If I could give zero stars, that would be a true reflection of the service and workmanship I got from this centre.The car went in for a rattle on the centre speaker cover under warranty repair. While changing the speaker cover, they damaged the leather panel and scratched other trims in the car and then claimed it wasn?t them. Once they finally agreed to repair it, they badly botched it up, then Once the head office was involved, they finally decided to replace the leather panel on the dash. I had to drive the loan car for many months. Finally the leather panel arrived from Germany and with excitement I went to collect my car to find they have damaged another aluminium trim.In the end, both Audi head office and west London centre decided to refuse compensation or repair the damage they done to my car. I have attached images for everyone to see. DO NOT TRUST THIS CENTRE FOR YOUR AUDI !!!They have complete amateurs as technicians in their garage.

Bought my Audi s3 from west London Audi, with the help of Damian. The car is amazing and was very well priced for only being 1.5 years old with quite a few options including the c+s pack.I had travelled from the highlands of Scotland down to pick up the car so it was quite the journey, and with British airways delays I ended up being 1.5 hours late to my original appointment, Damian stayed on and made sure I got set up in the car and got a few wee things thrown in with the car too, great overall customer service/sales experience.Although the customer service was great, I had an issue with the car when leaving the garage on the London flyover, the car vibrated quite considerably at around 70mph fading away after 50-55mph, I contacted the garage to make them aware of the issue as soon as I got to my stop over point and took it to Halfords the following day. Halfords checked the wheels and completed balancing and alignment, the wheels hadn?t been balanced and the alignment was also out, but I was informed that this may well have been down to driving on unbalanced wheels. Went back to join the m6 to find the issue; although slightly better, was still there on deceleration and cruise control usage. Nursed the car home and the following week had kwik-fit attend and fit michelin pilot sport 4s tyres all round, to replace the ?Davanti Protura sport? tyres that had been fitted to the car (as I thought the tyres were causing the issue, after reading reviews of similar experiences with Davanti tyres) The tyres had flat spots and the technician noted that the compound was very bad with the tyre lining coming away from the compound (which was the cause of the vibration issue), never-mind the fact that budget tyres had been put on a 310hp basically new Audi s3 with less than 10k miles. The car with its new tyres is fantastic and I?m very pleased with it.I wasn?t really given any support even though the car was sold to me with unbalanced and flat spotted budget tyres (which I didn?t know at the time of experiencing the vibration issue and thought it could have been something major) and was left to search for a potential solution on my own (I have now paid over £800 to replace, realign and balance the tyres twice) - was told to phone Audi assist which was totally pointless (have experience with bmw/mini and land-rover assist which were 100x better) and then phoned Glasgow Audi who informed me that as it wasn?t stock of theirs I would have to wait for a free warranty appointment in a few weeks if I wanted them to have a look at the car to make sure it was okay mechanically!I was never told that ?we will support you through this issue? or ?if there is an issue with the tyres we would be happy to pay to repair? or words to that effect ? I appreciate that it was my choice to change the tyres and pay for top spec tyres (which fixed the issue) but it would have been nice to be offered part payment for the wheels or at least an offer to pay for the alignment and balancing which wasn?t completed by Audi.In conclusion, I would be hesitant to buy from this dealer again and in all honesty buy an Audi again, don?t get me wrong it?s a fantastic car but the service I have experience from Glasgow Audi, Audi assist and having been sold an ?Audi approved car? with tyres that could have caused damage to the car or even a potential accident; knowing full well I was going to drive it back to Scotland (a 9.5 hour journey), have left me wondering why I didn?t just buy a BMW, Lexus or Mercedes.

Experience at West London Audi was beyond wonderful, went to go take some photos of the Audi's there, great inventory of used, exclusives and my favourite, the S line. Staff all around were very welcoming as I was taking pictures of the cars, occasional jokes being made as well which made the experience better, I do want to give a review to one person at West London Audi, Sat Parmar, believe he is a business manager there. Sat allowed me to look at the top floor, which showcased the rare Audi's, and spent his time answering all my questions about them, very professional person and extremely knowledgeable, great asset to Audi.
