Not great service on a Sunday afternoon. Car wasn?t clean in or out, and charged quite a lot for it too. We definitely won?t return.Its a pity because the location is very convenient but doesn?t make up for bad and expensive service

only car wash you will ever find me use!! they really are hardworking and put all effort to make your car feel brand new. i couldn?t recommend these people more if i tried!! did a quick shop and the car was ready. thank you ?? definitely will be back soon :)

RIP OFF!!! Waste of TimeAbsolutely rude staff, they hardly speak English, Went there 8:30am not busy at all.All 3 of them were talking to each other rather than help their colleague, and 1 poor guy was washing and clearly he was struggling.Asked them if you can wash my one while his colleague washing the other car. HE SAID we work the other side LOL!But honestly they charged £35 for Car wash and still the car was dirty not satisfied at all!!!I was in a hurry otherwise would have never paid them £35 for that service.Waves CAR WASH Osterley if you want to charge that RIDICULOUS prices keep your standard according to that as well!!!Don?t use!!!!

All staff are friendly and helpful especially ARI the manager. My silver peugeot is so clean and shiny. Very happy with the service and I definitely be visiting again. Thank you!

i took my car there to be valeted whilst i did a small shop in the tesco.... i was quoted 45 mins as there was a car already being serviced, i finished my shopping in about 20 minutes, so stood outside and took the opportunity to watch the car washing operation.... not good !!one guy literally rinsed my car with the jet spray for no more than 2 minutes, before removing my CARPET floor mats and power washing those to soaking wet, then threw them on my back seat and drove my car over to the drying area, where another guy went round it with a towel and dried it off.... no soap, no brush nothing.... went over my wheelz with a paint brush of what i assume was grease to make them look clean and tidy, but missed parts and splattered my alloys with it... before reversing my car at some speed into a parking bay and leaving the windows openmy car wash literally took them 10 minutes, and was extreme poor, to make matters worse, as i already paid on their app, i couldnt demand a refund or refuse to pay, and then upon returning to collect my keys, i was informed there were in the ignition of the car..... despite my car sitting in parking bay with the front two windows 80% open.....disappointing to see their interest in security, doesnt exist when they've already got your money....i spoke with a guy who i assumed was in charge, and he basically said they were busy and did the best they could, before telling me if i was unhappy, then not to return

Waste of money. Could have cleaned the car better myself or by using automatic car wash. They did not do the roof at all thinking I would not see it. Tyres were covered in soapy material but not washed inside at all with pressure washer. Missed spots inside and outside. Asked them to do it all again. Still not properly clean! They had a bad attitude to boot. £35 down the drain!!! Do not bother going. Rip off. Waves company should look into the lack of quality at Osterley Waves car wash. Other Waves experienced in Earl?s Court and Hammersmith were not like this!

"They cleaned the car, however when I returned I noticed it was still dirty in places. I told them it wasn't clean, and they make excuses that they couldn't do anything about it, and started giving off a bad attitude. When I returned home, I cleaned it myself with no issues. I can convinced all they did was wet the car and that was it. Pretty much a waste of money."I had the same experience.£35 IN THE BIN.

I took in a very grubby car, inside and out, I was very impressed when I got it back so shiny! Inside was clean and smelt nice. Staff friendly and helpful, even loaded my shopping in boot for me. Will definitely be visiting again.Services: Auto detailing
