They have looked after me well over the last few years. The eye tests are easy to book and very thorough. They do not try and sell you more than you need. The quality of spectacles I have had is excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic service after the new Specsavers on Brentford High Street messed up the lenses in my D&G frames. I have Keratoconus in both eyes and have had corneal cross linking surgery meaning cornea is now rigid so sunglasses are a must on bright days. Unfortunately - and somewhat laughably - after telling me glasses and sunglasses would be ready in two weeks, the ?lab technician? who cut the tinted lenses for my right eye cut and fitted on lens with the gradient going light to dark from top to bottom. I agreed get them to redo the right lens and took away my frames to do so at a ?lab in Hounslow?. I was given a ?good will? refund of £25 (the cost of the eye test) and told by the store manager I could pick my sunglasses up that weekend. My original eye test was on 27th Feb and on Thursday 21st March sunglasses were still not ready. I was then given a complementary Karen Milllen case. I was appalled at the service of Specsavers and the vague information they were giving me. At lunchtime on 21st March I look my frames, the uncut lens and the incorrect lens to the Eye Boutique who rapidly worked out the error Specsavers had made and agreed to cut the correct lens, glaze and fit into my frames for £20 - thank goodness the good will refund covered this cost. I collected them today and couldn?t be happier with the service (26/03/2024)!! Thank you Eye Boutique for your professional, honest, informed and trustworthy service. I will definitely return to you in the future. #nevergotoSpecsavers I will sing your praises to all my local friends and family in the future!

I have had a similar experience with some other reviews ? I was visiting a friend in London and her dog jumped on my glasses and bent the arms. Dinesh kindly helped me fix it free of charge and the other staff were very nice too ??

What a change over the years! Inside is absolutely stunning, great range of frames all beautifully displayed. The team working are brilliant and efficient. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dinesh is a legend, he helped my dad fix his glasses in a matter of seconds - Absolute wizard! Would recommend to all! ?

Absolutely fantastic experience for my daughter and I today. We both saw Mohammed the optometrist, who was highly professional and very knowledgeable, and put my 4 year old daughter at ease the entire time. The clinic is also lovely and the staff are very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will only be coming here for all future appointments. Thank you!
