First time staying at this premier inn. I usually stay at a lot of Premier Inn branches they're all pretty much the same standard but at this specific branch what we found unacceptable was the housekeeping kept coming in multiple times way before the check out time without any knock or notice which ruined our sleep and invaded our privacy. They proper came in and stood in the middle of the room saw us sleeping in the bed and left.This happened at least twice. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.

Came here to see family coming from another country as they were staying at the same hotel. We booked a premier plus room which we thought was great for the price compared to a regular room so didn't mind paying extra, we got to the hotel early so we had to pay an extra £10 which was fine. The room looked clean but after a while I started to notice a few things like long bits of hair on the covers, the coffee machine wasn't working as intended (the coffee pods just don't stay in place, someone must have broken this and it wasn't checked, also the filter was still wet) cups were dotted with black stuff at the bottom. We had two occasions where the staff banged on our door and they forgot we were even there as stated by them. Another instance when they tried to come in the next day when our door was locked and I opened the door for them to tell me they were changing the lock battery? This was literally an hour before we were to check out. We were utterly confused by this and just wanted peace and quiet, for a premier plus room this feels unacceptable. Bed was hard and covers were way too chunky and big. I understand it's winter but we had air con, couldn't sleep well enough. Bathroom had rust coming from sink holes and dirty walls. Other than that, the rest was fine. The dinner left me worried as the food came out luke warm. The apple pie was literally just mushed up apples in pastry, didn't even taste remotely like apple pie. I'm not sure if the restaurant is low on staff or chefs but waiting for a long time when the restaurant had around 4 or 5 tables with people isn't my idea of busy. The waiter did tell us that if we hadn't booked a table we would be waiting for 2 hours? There were plenty of tables available the whole night we were there. Despite this, I was looking forward to breakfast as they had vegan options but to my surprise the vegan options were not even displayed as vegan everything was just laid out on the buffet so you had to guess what was vegan or not. I even went to the bathroom to come back and a young lady forgot I had even sat down to eat breakfast and asked how they can help as if it was the first time seeing me. Bit disappointed but didn't really ruin the time I had with family after many years of not seeing them. I would say if you're going to stay here do NOT expect much from this hotel or the staff. MAKE SURE YOU LOCK YOUR DOOR!

In many way's it is one of the best Premier Inns I have stayed at.Very clean ( 1 exception being the window cavity mould as per picture).Great staff. Good food. Nice bar.However. A hotel is all about sleep quality, and when your hotel is on a very busy road, some thought ( and money) must be pointed at soundproofing. That's when this hotel gets 2 stars. The original outer windows fail to close fully. The cheap interior secondary windows are cheap. This was on the 4th floor. Their "Premium" level.The problem was highlighted because I spent the previous night in the Premier Inn in Hammersmith. Busier road but zero noise.Given that this is one of the few Prem Inns not needing a refurb anytime soon, then perhaps they can splash some cash on giving guests a peaceful sleep?

Stayed one night with my son. Staff were extremely professional andfriendly. Dinner and breakfast were lovely and we had a large room. Overall top quality budget hotel.

Good parking is available, but road works immediately outside makes it a little difficult to get to or leave. Actually was the wrong hotel I arrived at but looked very nice and friendly

Do not use this hotels car park. Every time we?ve used this hotel one of my colleagues has had their car broken into. It?s not safe DO NOT USE. Hotel is fine just car park is dangerous.

Enjoyed our stay here, the service we received was great and the rooms were clean and spacious, the hotel is well connected to tube stations via busses. Overall a great stay!
