Everyone is so kind and helpful and they are always stocked up, today I went in to the store to buy food and look for teeth cleaning supplies for my cat and I was helped by an amazing lady called Caitlin, she was soooo sweet, soo helpful and patient. She is the perfect example of what all customer service should be. Not only was she helpful but very knowledgeable.
