Extremely basic gym. VERY small, old equipment and unpleasant changing rooms. If you are just interested in doing some cardio I guess it?s fine but it was always frustrating trying to find space or a spot to do deadlifts, just an example. I also find the price expensive for what they have to offer, I have tried other gyms around and for the same price (around 35pm) they have spa and much bigger.\\n\\nReally sorry for this negative review, not everything has always been negative, but you guys should consider adjusting the membership price of this gym or doing a little bit of refurbishment cause I am not the only disappointed costumer.

Good little gym nice staff but the toilets/changing area are not cleaned everyday. Same toilet roll on the floor in the men?s as two days ago.

Great little gym, when there's a deal on it's highly worth it. Has parking, good weight machines inside. Not worth the usual price tag of £38 though. If you sign up for a month also, somewhere in the t&c mentions that it's actually a lock in of two months so that got me out but a decent gym overall. All the staff are super friendly and helpful too

Highly recommend this gym. I?ve been going on and off for three years and it?s always been consistent. There?s something for everyone and it has a very local feel to it which makes it warm and welcoming. The staff are all great and I?ve recently started making use of the classes they offer, have no idea why it took me so long to discover them as they?re a brilliant way to start/end the day!

lack of customers service aside, owners are greedy and have not fixed anything in years, gym is small and can get occupied fast they don?t set limit on anything either, will make a case for local council to investigate! Left this gym now good luck people

Massively overpriced for such a basic gym in a average area! Owners of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves for not caring about this gym, after 2 years of wasting time here I?ve cancelled my membership they threatened to sue me for posting this online which is absurd.

Shocking, they close the gym for an entire weekend and leave a note on the locked door... Interestingly they can send me loads of marketing emails. It's not the first time this happened either... Please respect your members time and email them in advance when the gym is closed.

I?m been a member for almost 2 years. It?s a good size gym, well equipped, lots of free classes to choose from and friendly staff (especially Jamal and Kia). Good value for money.

Small gym but with a good atmosphere, quiet and perfect for training. Magnificent machines, very clean and safe. All the coaches are very friendly, very polite treatment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I don't recommend this if you're looking for high quality equipment, not a crowded gym, sometimes I wait 5 mins to get on a machine.

Do not recommend!Very disappointed with this gym charging £35 basic for a very small gym with really old equipment and poorly maintained. Pins bent in cable machine, lack of bench's and free weights. I went once and that was all i could take. have re-joined with Pure Gym as they offer a far better service even though they are a bit further away the equipment is a lot better. a few suggestions - if you want to charge that amount maybe update the equipment or lower the fee with what you offer currently. also maybe check your signs you have around as the spelling is incorrect on some. ( this isn't as important as the Equipment).
