I have had my hair protein done recently and very happy for the results. Sue is using organic hair products which didn?t damage my hair.Highly recommended for anyone suffering from fizzy hair like me??

Sue is amazing! Have been coming here for a few years now. I even now travel from bracknell to have my hair done. Every time I've been so so happy with my hair. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff & owner are friendly, quality of hair services are good but just on this occasion I didn't get what I wanted even though I described it at the time of quote. Also the prices are quite high, I was quoted one price in person but charged £70 more at actual appointment & this didn't include a haircut either! I wouldn't pay as much as £195 for a full head of foils, fringe trim, treatment & blow dry that doesn't last longer than 1 day, with no haircut included. I can't imagine how much more it would be with a haircut but charging over £200 for it is very expensive. Disappointed.***Sue the owner has lied in her response - I told her my usual regular hairdresser was booked out for months & I had my foils done in February 2022, hardly 2 yrs ago Sue!!! I did agree to a treatment but £30 for a treatment is highway robbery & I was never told how much it was beforehand. I did not insist on babylights, actually my description to Sue was "I don't want foils just to highlight parts of my hair, I want to cover the dark roots thoroughly" & Sue mentioned babylights!! Also to David the hairdresser, he wasn't there at my original quote, I met him for the first time when I had my hair done & I simply repeated what Sue had told me - babylights. I said the blow dry didn't last longer than 1 day & Sue says the treatment lasts a week - what has one to do with the other??Wow, I had no idea the deception she is capable of but I do understand why on a Saturday, the busiest day for a hairdresser, they were sitting around with so few clients, makes sense why nobody returns.Services: Bang trim

Absolutely thrilled! For the past 10yrs, L'oreal box dye has been my go-to. I've toyed with the idea of balayage many times but have always been too afraid to get it done (who could blame me, given some of the wonky hair cuts I've had in the past?!) or something has come up to prevent me getting it.I've not been to this salon before but I can confirm the good reviews here; Maria and Sue are lovely, the salon is bright, clean and airy and it wasn't super busy which helped my anxiety. I braved balayage on my very dark hair and had a fresh cut. In between cups of tea from Sue, Maria worked her magic. The Aveda colour has not damaged my hair and it looks like the photos I've seen online.... completely surpassed my expectations! I didn't think my hair could actually look like this. I booked in for Balayage (brown/red to blonde) and I am so impressed with the results! Maria was amazing and really listened to what I wanted. I have never gone into a salon for a colour and actually left smiling. I cannot recommend them enough!! Not only did they do the most amazing job on my hair but they also looked after me so incredibly well. Both Maria and Sue made sure I was comfortable and we?re ever so friendly. Amazing Aveda treatment done today by David. It left my hair so silky and healthy. Thank you so much for the professionalism and advices on what is best for my hair! I wanted to get highlights but after the test they done to see how my hair will react to black colour removal, I have been advised not to do it in order to keep my long hair undamaged. Very professional service and lovely people! Highly recommended! Thank you David & Sue!

Really loved coming here. I was really nervous arriving but was put completely at ease as soon as I walked in the door. In trying to explain the hair style I wanted due to health reasons I got exactly what I asked for. I absolutely loved the head massage I got as well. Had the best experience at this salon. I called as I?d had an allergic reaction to hair dye elsewhere, Sue booked me in for a patch test with their organic Aveda dye and it went well. Had a balayage and my roots done today and it looks beautiful! My hair feels healthy and Maria made sure I was happy with it before I left. She listened to everything I wanted and made it work for me! Already had a few compliments on it- I love it! Sue even fit me in to have my nails done whilst my hair was being dyed. I have just had a fabulous afternoon at Brentford Hair and beauty.The ladies there are all very welcoming and friendly.I was able to walk in and have a facial and a haircut.I must say as a facial novice, I didn't know what to expect. Charlene, I think, explained everything as she gave me a most relaxing and refreshing treatment.I had a wonderful experience and shall definitely be back for more pampering.Then Maria tackled my hair, which has not had any attention for at least 2 years.I usually avoid going to hairdresers as I have found them a bit pushy and have had some disasterous experiences.Maria listened and gave some really good advice when asked. She then performed a miracle, turning my limp, thin hair into the fresh, bouncy style, you usually only see in glossy adverts.I can't stop admiring myself in the mirror.
