Worst customer serviceAwful service from the manager, disrespectful, doesn?t even listen to what you are saying and took the product I was buying from the till without even asking if I was gonna buy it or not. Never experienced something like that , I was close to call the police , already filed a complaint to the Human Resources. I am still shocked

The guys who deal with phone contracts at this store are amazing. They are really knowledgable about processing and trouble shooting customers peoblems, as well as providing excellent and friendly help and support when starting new contracts, Great team.

Good store for pc and gaming , probably one of the best stores for it, bespoke pc parts available here too which was incredible , I managed to get everything but the ram I wanted which was USA made so did kind of expect a no but the staff are knowledgable for sure on of and gaming equip

I had no choice but to buy a washing machine and the store assistants that were working on that day were very informative. I purchased a washing machine and was extremely happy with the delivery and the no-mess installation

If you can just avoid it!All of the staff members are just rude, they doesn't care about customers, they are busy taking breaks and talking.I wanted to buy a laptop, I've been there for about 20 minutes, not a single staff member asked us if they could help us, we had to go and look for a person, then apparently he had no idea about laptops, he just told us which one he bought then just left. Then a few minutes later went to an another guy, he's been really rude, telling us that he's with a customer with an unacceptable attitude, as we only wanted him to get us someone to help us. Then a girl tried to help, but the laptop I wanted wasn't on stock, she could order it, but had to wait too long. So we just left and we went to Hayes, everyone been really helpful, the minutes we stepped in a lady been there asking if she can help us and she could reply to all of our questions so I spent my money there.

Unprofessional staff, really bad costumer service the wort place i have been in London. you have money you want to buy, and they do not care . i think the management has to change as the staff is not educated how to sell and have a good costumer care.

I have taken my laptop for repair( it?s battery and keyboard needed to be replaced ) at curry?s pc world Brentford.The customer service representative ( Andrew ) explained the procedure that it would cost me £60 for repair centre to collect my lap from the store and once o have agreed to their quotation then they will deduct the £60 from the total repair cost. I agreed and left the laptop and paid the £60.Couple of days later I received a call from repair centre quoting me £280 for replacing a keyboard and a battery. Which I had no intention to pay for a laptop worth £100-120. The repair centre had returned the laptop back to store and I was informed to collect it.When I went to the store the other customer service representative ( John ) helped me find the laptop and said they won?t be able to refund my money/ resend my laptop to the repair centre just to replace the keyboard ( which later on I agreed to be replaced)He suggested to speak to the repair centre and when I did they said the store is the one that have the money so speak to them!I went to the store and after so much back and forth the duty manager ( Chenaam) and her assistant ( Hasan ) declined to refund my money and declined that ( Andrew) promised that the £60 will be deducted from total saying (? it was just for laptop to be shipped and assessed by the repair centre?) I said I knew what was wrong with the laptop i did not need any assessment I just needed a battery and keyboard to be replaced. They did not listen and refused all of my objections to get my money/credit note/ send back my laptop for repair.It?s just £60 and people might laugh at me reading all this but, when you get charged wrong just because of a company procedure and lack of customer service in a big brand Name like ( CURRYS PC WORLD ) you will lose your trust have nothing but disappointment and disgust from what have happened to the humanity!

do not recommend very rude assistant (Monish) who not only was condescending and rude but his friends also came to the store shouting ?whos that?, first felt very pressed to buy a stupid bundle with malware which I didn?t like, I then got it refunded but now decided that its worth going somewhere else so that some can better explain what graphics card is best for me and cpu whether intel or Amd depending on my purposes with it.I dont have the best knowledge and thats all i wanted. Will be getting full refund. Highly recommend going somewhere else if you want actual help. The rest of the reviews on here speak for themselves. Good luck on ur search xx
