Been here in twice first time just ignored so left. Second time got nods. I didn't want a cup to go so they did it in one as they close in 30 mins asked for a glass and was given a dirty glass

I really enjoy coming to Costa for its warm and social atmosphere. However, I?ve noticed that many people spend hours working on their laptops here, which always create a stressful environment. It often feels less cafe and more like an office. It would be great if management could kept more focused on socialising and relaxation.

Really disappointing staff around summer 23. One lady who worked there was rude vulgar and threw me out after serving telling me there closed after I sat down instead of at the till. Menstrual?? Staff bitter place don't go unless want a kick in the head maybe it's changed since then , she's more than likely outta work , costa improve your staff there are better people to take on as employees ?

Y'all stepped up your game, the coffee is amazing, the service as always is super nice and the people are the best! I just run away to catch the bus and I wanted to thank the barista that just made my coffee, olive skin, brown eyes, beautiful smile, Mediterranean looking lady (if you're not, I'm sorry), your coffee is banging, thanks gurl ?

The new manager is very unpleasant, no hospitality skills, no management skills and no common sense but then again I suppose that?s the thing with common sense it?s not that common! All the other staff are great.

This used to be my go-to Costa - at the time they were at least 5 stars. But, they keep hiring new staff which I am sorry to say but > extremely incompetent and clueless. I haven?t had a good coffee in forever here and will have to go to other places from now on. They keep messing up my orders, and I?m fed up with it.
