Tonight's experience was below awful.
We went there for a family reunion meal, 10 of us.
The restaurant was near empty apart from us and they managed to completely screw our evening up.
After 1.5 hours two of us still hadn't received our meals. I left without eating. We were all furious.
They brought the youngest kids meals, just pasta, after everyone else apart from me and my eldest son who got out meal delivered as we were leaving in disgust. The kids pasta was hard.
The restaurant staff were utterly clueless. Two staff members said it was their first night there.
Noone could explain anything to us or know how to rectify the situation.
All this time however, they were able to make lots of takeaway meals for their delivery drivers to scoot away. So people ordering takeaways were prioritised far above us idiots who went there to eat.
I am wso angry and disappointed about tonight.
This used to be a good restaurant. What the hell happened??!!

We love White Fish, its our go-to for the best fish and chips around. So it was the obvious choice to cater for our simcha. They were really easy to deal with and food was delivered to our venue on time and hot. The one downside was the portions were huge so we had a lot left over ... but can you really ever have too much fish and chips?? Thank you

I went there to try an authentic kosher fish and chips. And i was not disappointed. The cod was juicy and fresh, and the batter was crispy and flavorful. The chips were also successful crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Best fish and chips ever. The tartare sauce, Mayonnaise, and ketchup were the standard fare and not that interesting.
Everything else was average, the salmon cigars were not really refined, and the mash potatoes with onions were dry.
A place to enjoy and concentrate on the fish and chips. It's really worth a 4.5

Got there just as they were opening. I was greeted nicely and placed my order.
The price was considerably higher than most F&C restaurants but decided to try anyway.
Food was ok, batter not particularly crispyno better or worse than any other restaurant.
The absence of condiments was surprising as it was a take out, they only provided once I asked for it.
Probably won't return as the premium pricing doesn't warrant it

I recently had the pleasure of dining at White Fish, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our evening.
The culinary masterpiece crafted by Chef Lidia is truly commendable. Her expertise shines through in every dish, making White Fish a standout destination for seafood lovers. The sauces accompanying our meals were nothing short of extraordinary, elevating each bite to a new level of delight.
The fish and chips were some of the best I have ever tasted?crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Additionally, the sea bass was an exquisite highlight of our meal, offering a luxurious taste that left us all in awe.
Our group of approximately 20 was served with remarkable efficiency, ensuring that our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. It?s a testament to the restaurant's commitment to excellent service.

ludicrously poor service. First time they were shockingly late with delivery with no updates or call I put it down to being a one off.
The second time when it happened again with no real apology or proactive attempt to restore a ruined evening, I just realised they don't care about their customers.
Fair enough.

Had a straight fish and Chips. Haddock as a Main and a Small sampling of the cod as well. Both batter fried. Everything was amazing. Service as well. Highly recommend.

They have the Best Fish & Chips!! The staff is always welcoming, friendly and attentive... but the cod is amazing. We will always go out of our way in London to come here.
