I recently had a meal here on wednesday 30th july. I am appalled by what i witnessed. There was a woman arguing with her employees and i assume she was management because she wasn?t wearing the same t shirt as the regular workers. She had brown hair and a rainbow lanyard. I saw them leave the store and when the employee came back she was in tears. I don?t think this lady deserves to be employed if that?s the way she treats her staff and i hope this is recognised by wagamama and dealt with accordingly

Nicole who works at this location is the loveliest waitress. She has served my friends and i twice now and every time we interact with her it?s a pleasure. She is an asset to the team.

As someone who?s tried several Wagamamas across London, I had stopped going after a few disappointing visits to the Enfield branch. Craving a comeback, I decided to give the Brent Cross location a try ? and I?m so glad I did!
The interior is stylish and modern, especially the red light-up wall panels, which add a nice touch to the atmosphere. From starters to dessert, every course was genuinely delicious. The crispy squid with dipping sauce? Perfection. For mains, I had the customisable Donburi ? a welcome new feature that lets you build your own from protein to veg. It was full of flavour, perfectly warm, and super satisfying.
Of course, I had to finish with Wagamama?s white chocolate & ginger cheesecake ? still a 10/10. Please never remove this from the menu!
Service was excellent ? Sandra was warm and welcoming, and even when she was busy, other staff stepped in seamlessly with smiles and attentiveness. The timing of each course was spot on.
Brent Cross has officially become my go-to Wagamama ? great food, even better service.

Yummy food, with lots of options. Service was a bit slow. Friendly staff. Its location inside the mall wasn't ideal.

Experience here was great, the whole team was friendly and welcoming. Vlad in particular was great, was welcoming and let me sit where I wanted and wasn?t overbearing, which is always nice when you?re stuffing your face with food lol. Great service! Atmosphere was relaxing and food was amazing too, credits to team and chefs ?

This is a restaurant in a shopping mall. They serve noddles, dumplings, kastu dishes, and much more
It's normally quite busy, especially at meal times.
