Just been to the Vodafone store looking for a new phone / upgrade. I initially walked around and was served by 'Amal'. She was extremely unhelpful and seemed too concentrated on her phone, and every time I asked a question she sighed in front of my face. I went away, did some shopping, came back and was served by 'Anna'. 'Anna' was genuinely the nicest person I've met today, and she was extremely helpful in explaining to me the different options. Really polite - thanks Anna!

Came in today to change my sim plan as I wasn?t able to process it online, and was helped by Anna which made the whole process easier & fast. Overall there was quite an initial wait until you get help with the staff bcs of the queue, but the service was nice & helpful.

Anna at Vodafone Brent Cross left me with a less than pleasant experience. Her unfriendly and impolite demeanor made the interaction less than ideal. Improvement in customer service could certainly enhance the overall experience for customers.

Atrocious service. They disabled my connection accidentally. Customer service on the phone told me to go into branch and speak to manager, but no manager there. Abdi was the person that disabled my phone accidentally, and Amal was the person that was really unhelpful. In her words: ?we?re a franchise? and ?that?s not really my problem?

Absolutely terrible service. I've came in for a simple thing to get an eSim to use the Vodafone sim card i've had for over a year in my dual sim phone, and I've been put in a queue for over 30mins wait ( after I explained what I'm after since arrived), to be told after 40mins that because I don't have an ID with me there is nothing they can do! Absolutely low level customer service !!! I intended to use this sim for my business but I won't and I will also advise my customers NOT TO!

Wanted to get a new phone/contract but just walked out. Was spoken to very rudely, told to sit and wait. I was the only customer in the store waiting, 3 members of staff studiously ignored me, 2/3 not with a customer just at their computers, for about 10 mins before I gave up and left :/

Amazing staff Sabi, came into enquire about a dongle. Didnt realise my contract finished but Sabi got me bundled up with a dongle and got my monthky cost cheaper and better now! Firstly i was paying so high without thr dongle now i am paying even cheaper with the dongle. Thank you soo much Sabi

Vodafone Brent cross is the best store so far, honest and reliable guys there.i am moving from EE to Vodafone. Sabi has been very patient with us and got me and my wife from EE to Vodafone. Fantastic service by Sabi. lovely guy
