I popped into the branch as my glasses were slipping and met Ali who promptly and kindly fixed them for me ! No charge ! Brilliant!

I went into Vision Express, Brent Cross to get my glasses tightened as they kept falling off. Mustafa gladly fixed them for me within seconds. I wasn't sure they'll stay as he used a different technique and because I tried them with my hijab on I wasn't sure they'd stay firmly without my hijab, but he reassured me they would stay firm even without the hijab in place. I tried them out as soon as I got home and they sit perfectly and are comfortable to wear. He also very pleasantly helped me book my eye test. Mustafa has a very friendly approach and great customer service skills. Keep up the good work.

I had a contact lens trial with Caroline Presland and i must say she is by far the best and knowledgeable optician i have ever come across. Informative, friendly and professional are just some of the words i would use to describe the service I received from her.Vision Express, please do everything you can to hold on to this staff member, you cannot pay her enough for the knowledge she has in this field.Thank you for your 5 ? service.

As I had to visit on two occasions , I?ll write a review for both staff members :)At first I was helped by Cam; the glasses I received from my home town were too tight for my face and he made the exchange process simple and enjoyable . His cheerful demeanour really uplifted my spirits and I expect others to have a similar experience in his care ! Really genuine personWhen returning to collect the new glasses 2 weeks later (which fit perfectly) , I was greeted by Ali (and also Cam who remembered me by name ) who nipped out back and took little time in grabbing what was needed . He also took a moment to check the fit and my comfort which was greatly appreciated.To conclude , fantastic service that is hard to find in a place like London . Really happy

Made an appointment two weeks ago. Took the afternoon off. They called two hours before the appointment and cancelled. Apparently, the optician didn't turn up to work! I don't have anything else to say.

I've had a couple of eye tests and glasses fittings here and been very pleased with the service. In particular I found Caroline the contact lens specialist to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.She explained the results of my eye examination clearly and helped me choose a new model of contact lens.Highly recommended.

I am highly disappointed in the customer service I have received from this branch. I went in store to order a pair of glasses. At that point, I was not aware that there was an NHS discount so I paid the full price. When I realised I was entitled to the 20% NHS discount around 40 minutes after my purchase, I called back in hopes of cancelling my order, so I could repurchase with the discount, as this would save a considerable amount of money. When I called back, the employee told me that she would have to check with her manager and call me back. I never received a call back. Initially, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking that they must be busy. However, I attempted to call the branch multiple times throughout the afternoon/evening and no one picked up. I would even stay on the line for 10 minutes at a time. The next day, I attempted to call when they opened, again, no response. My partner also tried to call multiple times to no avail. At this point, I've just given up as it is definitely too late to cancel my order. I have never been the type to complain, however, I feel very frustrated with my experience at Vision Express. It shouldn't be this hard to get in touch with the store, especially as I was told I would be getting a call back!

Avoid this branch of Vision express, their service is absolutely terrible!!!!I bought 3 pairs, for me, my wife & daughter. Eye test and service until we selected glasses was fine but absolutely pathetic service when it came to collection of glasses!!!! 1) for my glasses, I received message it?s ready for collection (after 2 weeks) but when I visited they mentioned they had issues with lense so they have to reproduce and it took another 10 days for it to be ready! 2) for my wife, we visited to collect after receiving message (after 2 weeks) but showroom team mentioned system shows it?s here but they couldn?t find it!! We waited for 40 mins when they gave us the glasses!!!!! 3) For my daughter?s glasses, they mentioned their system shows they have glasses but they mentioned they cannot give her because they need our daughter here to wear and test (which is fine). We revisited next day with our daughter when they mentioned their system shows glasses are here but they cannot find her glasses!!!!!!!!How come a company like Vision express claims themselves as best in industry have such a poor service! We have 40 minutes drive from our place to visit this showroom, we visited 5 times to collect 3 pairs!!!!! Really!!!! I?ll highly recommend to avoid this branch, service level is absolutely unacceptable.

Sadly I can't give zero star here. This place is a joke, the optometrist can change their mind on the prescription after giving it. Extremely horrible customer service, came here for three times just to get the prescription corrected. Each staff is saying different things to confuse you. The phone is never picked up so you have to come to the store to talk to one of the staffs.Don't waste your time and money here!

Awful experience at the Brent Cross branch. The staff requires significant training. Upon arriving to collect my glasses, I encountered an employee who seemed to despise his job. He rushed through my appointment without providing clear answers to my questions, especially considering it was my first time wearing glasses. To my disbelief, he handed over my glasses in a plastic bag, a careless treatment for a £300 item. When I inquired about a case, he gave me a previously used one that didn't fit my glasses. I had to return, wasting additional time and energy, just to obtain a suitable case. Although the store manager apologized in the end, I still have unanswered questions about the day-to-day use of my glasses, as no one took the time to explain it to me. Despite being promised a follow-up phone call to discuss the matter further, none has been received to date. I am seriously considering returning the glasses and terminating any business with VisionExpress.

It is only day 55 waiting for my daughter glasses ordered back in November ! After 4 trips to shop and millions of unanswered phone call I am doubtful I will ever see them. Store Manager is as helpful as the rest of the staff constantly lying about delivery next week. I am just fed up with chasing. Not to mention my daughter?s disappointment of constant wait for her first glasses. Contacting Telephone and Online Customer service turn out to be complete waist of time as well. Not to mention the order tracking. Avoid at all cost !

Criminally understaffed when you go in person.Never answer the phone. I called, spoke to a lady about ordering contact lenses and was put on hold for 27 minutes! Then I hear someone on the other end, so thinking it's a member of staff I repeat my request for contact lenses. It wasn?t a member of staff - it was another customer who was also on hold!!! We both sat there on the phone for a while, trying to order glasses/contacts off eachother before we both realised. Imagine how confused the other customer was when I kept going on about my prescription. A mess.
