I had a really terrible experience with this Starbucks. My partner and I visited the Starbucks today and i was doing some work so asked my partner to grab a drink for us, I asked him to scanned the Starbucks QR and as i am Starbucks employee it?s showed that its a partner id and the lady on the till asked him if he works for the Starbucks or not and he said no, its my girlfriends id, and she is standing down and I am just came here to grab a drink and the staff literally refused to give him a drink. My partner was also ready to pay for the drinks but the lady said you are doing false things and also shouted on him. I don?t think so we as a Starbucks employee provides this kind of service to the customer. My partner came down and told me about this so I asked him to lets go up and ask the lady why she refused, he said the lady shouted on him and he was literally embarrassed among all people. This is literally very bad experience I had with this starbucks.

This is the second time that I had come to the Starbucks in Brent Cross on the first floor. I thought maybe there would be new girls/hires who actually know how to make a coffee. My order is very simple and yet they still can?t do it well. Never had an issue at any other Starbucks but here. They definitely need to be retrained on how to make coffee. Keep wasting my money every time I go there. Last time! Please retrain the girls at the till as they don?t seem to know how to do their job unfortunately. Very disappointed. (Also I understand that they pre make some things but foam is supposed to be thick not a milk texture that evaporates straightaway into the coffee?thanks.

Erica is fantastic, I'm not a customer, but she has helped me with my phone and bank card problem. Definitely will be getting my coffees at starbucks. You got a new customer.

I use this Starbucks often as I work within the mall and have never had an issue with my experience. The space is quite small so it can sometimes be a struggle if you're looking to find a seat, but the service is always bang on! Ana and Mark are stand out, always give lovely energy and keep consistent with speed when making drinks in this high footfall location

I came 3 days ago, I asked the women at the till at the time serving me to help me find my ?scan at till? on the app and she completely ignored me, she had a disgusting attitude. I wish i could get her name but she definitely needs to work on her customer service. She did not greet me nor helped me, the drink she made was as if she was rushing it and it was horrible. I?m a barista myself and the drink was horrible.please train the staff how to actually give good customer service. All the reason why costa is so much better!

Nice spot for a break from shopping. Usual Starbucks drinks, staff are friendly and efficient. Expect some noise since there are lots of families with kids about. There's usually enough space to sit down. Would be great if they wiped down tables and chairs a bit more often

Drinks were good but i asked for lid for water no manager said then i wanted to pay for lid for water then the girl gave lid for water free ^^^^^^^

so my friend wanted to take a lid so she was reaching for one and a staff member slapped her hand away and started shouting at us to only ask for lids (we are children). so we went to sit down and then she came over to us and gave us a shouting lecture on how NOT to take a lid and how she is an angelic soul. i subtly looked at her and she said, and i quote ?we dont look at people like that, i dont want to kill you?. if you?re a blond, foreign lady, who had their shift at 6 pm on the 10th of july 2024, we?re are coming for you and you?re rude. absolutely appalling customer service from starbucks in Brent Cross.
