“For some reason an employee called Kruti did not want to replace my newly bought product, she had 4 in stalk and it was so easy to change it, but she refused!!The replacement was within a minute and only after checking the product. She just said no and even lied that this was the last one because she did not want to change it. When in reality before that, she said they had 4 in stalk.Somewhat unprofessional and not customer oriented, 0 stars. She then called Chloe to convince me that this is against company policy (... what?)And then Chloe came in and saved my day, she was so nice and kind. She replaced it without a question.She was kind and understanding! The good cop! 100/100 customer service from Chloe!! Sending you my gratitude to Chloe, if you are reading this!Lakeland, you need more employees like Chloe???? she is amazing and professional!”

“Absolutely great store and very friendly staff. I have been with Three now for over 6 years and have no complaints tbh.\\n\\nThe store is very nice, clean, and neat. I would say though rather call them up if you are looking to join or upgrade as they can always give you a better deal over the phone!
