Very nice place and friendly people. Especially Karen the owner. Its a family run shop. Everything I got from there are fresh and I always drive for 90 mins to get my meat and burgers and everything from there as I live in London and well worth it.

5 stars simply for the fantastic service. I and my cousin were greeted at the store by a young girl and were then greeted again by Erikas. We were helped at the end by Saima and were so grateful for the kindness, welcoming nature & warmth provided by each of them. It was so refreshing after coming out of a few stores with little to no customer service and into one with all staff friendly & happy. It really shines a positive light on schuh and means I?ll definitely be coming back.

Had the greatest experience at schuh and it?s all because of Arwa! I came in for a pair of shoes but they didn?t have it, however Arwa showed me many alternatives and I ended up getting something I loved. Not only was her customer service amazing, but very warm and welcoming given that I had my two year old daughter with me, who is a lot to handle may I add. Arwa was very sweet to my child as she was upset and put a smile on her face, making her laugh. Keep up the good work!

Lovely staff and always happy to accommodate customers. Particularly ?Tuhin? who stays with the customer till the very end. He is patient and always recommends alternatives. Definitely recommend visiting this branch. The parking at Brent Cross is also free which is always a bonus!

Bought these Dr Martens Combs tech and as per photos below you can clearly tell what quality they are, not to mention price. This is a second year I?ve got them and deffo not durable enough. They even might be fake Dr Mrtens!
