River island clothing is always at it's best, the prices might be high but if it's good material and it's going to last a bit then maybe it's fair, the staff all young and bored chatting in corners, they are not helpful or happy to see you here, the management here needs to train them up again for customer care, and they should take some lessons from it too, if manager knows then the staff know. Then shop would run better.

Idk why but I really love this brand. Maybe because thay are thinking of people first and then the business? Idk ... Good prices and such a good quality,for a small price. Thank you guys

Pathetic services!I was RI?s fan and always buy clothes from them for myself and my family BUT now they failed miserably with customer services.Attached is the price tag for the clothes I bought and Invoice I have been charged. I AM OVERCHARGED BY £12! Yess £12.When I got home and realised I HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED IT was closing time. Then I visited RI with price tags and invoice the OVERSMART manager said ?you need to bring whole clothes? I said it is difficult to carry big bag of clothes again?She was so rude, ill-mannered and worst way of interacting with customers rather then accepting mistake of employees she started arguing with me with harsh tone!ILL MAKE SURE NEITHER ME OR ANYONE OF FRIENDS/FAMILY EVER USE RI.Request to head office please train people or els close down your so called RIVER ISLAND.

Their exchange policy is so rubbish they sold me dad a shirt that?s buttons were going to fall off when we went to exchange it for some jeans they told us they gave us a 10% off from the item because they knew that there was something wrong with their clothes I don?t recommend buying from there at all

I bought a dress which I like but the service was bad. 2 assistants chatting in the changing room area who ignored me when I walked in. I had to ask if I could use one of the changing rooms. When I came out there was no one there to take the dress I didn't want. It was mid afternoon and not at all busy.
