Nice clothes although limited availability in the store. I usually order online and pick it up there so I can use the fitting rooms and return immediately if required. Expensive clothes but good quality. Best to buy when there's a sale on!

Shameful customer service, rude and disrespectful staff. The manager is an example of incompetency and lack of skills. Miles away from what I would expect from Reiss.

Rude and unprofessional staff! I?ve been Reiss central London particularly King?s road and Regents street customer for many years but sadly their Brent Cross boutique doesn?t live up with Riess reputation at all. A white big built staff, who refused to give us his name, ignored us and walked away when we asked for his assistance! We heard him making fun of customers with his colleague. We raised the concern with the duty manager Paula but she started defending them! It looked like Discriminatory and bullying behaviour of staff wasn?t an issue to her.

The merchandise is always good at Reis's but unfortunately, their sizes do not fit as they should. Today, I didn't make a purchase there but then went to Ted Baker and found my sizes and bought two T shirts.
