I just wanted to take a moment to recognise Andre at the Pret A Manger in Brent Cross shopping mall. Every time I visit, he is consistently kind, helpful, and professional, even when the shop is busy or things seem stressful. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers, always serving with a smile and making sure everyone feels welcome.
It?s clear he puts a lot of effort into what he does, and I hope he knows it doesn?t go unnoticed. Whatever Andre may be going through, I hope he knows he?s appreciated. His positive attitude and dedication truly make a difference in people?s day. Thank you, Andre you?ve made me love Pret and you're a star!

Ordered online the limited edition chicken and asparagus stone baked roll.

Good pret that is tucked away on the second floor. Has good vegan hot chocolate. Has some vegan options to eat and vegan treats. Staff are fast and helpful. There is seating inside.

Ordered a veggie roll and a latte on just eat. I understand that items sell out quickly no problem.
I was sent a bacon roll, I don?t eat this due to religious reasons and its very disappointing and a big waste of money as i spent £12 in total for 2 items.
No call made to me, at least let me know that the item is out of stock and if i want something else.

Staff are busy chatting away with customers yet tables and chairs are disorganized. Ordered a sandwich yesterday for it to be left at the till without anybody announcing it and waited for possibly ten minutes. The scone was the most brittle leftover I have eaten. Too overpriced for what is a poor experience . Won?t be returning.
The owner might respond to say we?ll do better but nothing will happen.

Just ordered 2 sandwiches take away here to share with my mum. One of which was the chicken Caesar which is tiny these days and the crayfish sandwich. The crayfish one was absolutely terrible. No dressing in the crayfish so you got this watery fishy taste from the crayfish and it was all piled in the centre. The worst sandwich yet. If I was nearer this place I would have returned it. Appalling.
At this level of service and value for money this place now deserves to disappear. Once the best sandwich shop in the UK. RIP.

Still Lemon & Ginger the facts. Ingredients... as it's called Lemon & Ginger, Lemon juice 3% + Lemon comminute from concentrate 2.5% (comminute btw: to reduce to small, fine particles; make into powder; pulverize; triturate) and the Ginger... 0.2%. Just to flag vs label. Pret have subsequently acknowledged and are looking at this, thank you ;)

The level of customer service provided at this establishment consistently falls short of satisfactory standards. On numerous occasions, there has been a blatant disregard for customer needs, evidenced by prolonged queues and a lack of attentiveness from staff members. Even in instances where multiple service representatives are present, their attention is often diverted to personal conversations rather than attending to customers. This pattern of neglect is particularly evident at the Brent Cross location.
