(0 stars) Always rude and impolite service, and recently, I faced a situation where a service I had already paid for was denied. While sending an Evri parcel, the guy at the counter scanned my QR code and printed the label when I asked if he could handed to me so I could stick it to my parcel he refused. He started to shout at me saying he's going to do it and he refused to give me a label that I had already paid for! I left without sending the parcel because it was pointless to discuss with him.

I visited numerous times and although is not the most amazing post office the service is as expected. Never seen anyone being rude or non polite. Not sure why so many reviews state that.

The prices at this post office are a scam! They were asking £15 for first class which is ridiculous. Went to a different location and it was £8.99, so how does that make any sense? + they are rude and slowIf you?re sending a parcel do it online via Royal Mail they will come and collect it or visit another post office!

They are so rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately it's my regular and nearest post office so I have to go there. I believe they are all Iranian, very stuck up and rude and they are impatient. If you hate your job then don't bloody do it.

It's like watching paint dry, if these guys move any slower they would start reversing. The very worse attitude possible for over the counter service . Tried to take a picture but it was far to upsetting to watch.

I use this post office every single day to send out my eBay orders. Hace been using Brent st PO for over 5 years. Overall I'm happy with the service. I find the staff very pleasant, especially the lovely lady who sits at the far left. I've never had any issues with items I send from here

Honestly the best post office always really reliant, professional and helpful. I go at least once a day for my Amazon hub or general postage for my office. Lines move quickly, They always leave me with a smile thats why I am leaving them a five star as they work hard and deal with alot of people.

Just felt it's necessary to write a review for this post office. This is by far the best post office I've used over the years. Whilst they do get busy at times, they provide all the main services that I need and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. I've never had any problems with the items I send. Thank you if you're reading this... Dan

Worse customer service ever, such a rude young iranian guy is working there, if I knew his name I would have mentioned it too. Will back soon to talk to his manager, if you want to keep this branch open, you should provide him full training ,which I think it won't work either.

An unusually short wait today to be served. Only 3 minutes. I explain that the item is a laptop with batteries and the package was labelled as such. The cheapest service is 9.95 says Mr Customer Service. What service is that I asked. He stares silently so I rephrase. What service am I buying with my £9.95? The cheapest one. I give up. Then, suddenly helpful, he wastes everyone's time circling the tracking number in ink. I never asked him to, and I can read, but he is proud of his knowledge and repeats himself twice. Is there anything else I need? Yes, I'd like to pay my 9.95. Oh yes.The receipt shows I had paid for express 48 service. There is nothing on the royal mail website to suggest that a £4.49 large parcel containing batteries to be sent to the UK was prohibited.
