I had a great experience today at Pizza Expressl Brent Cross , the staff it?s very helpful and the food came out very fast and was delicious. I would highly recommend this place .

On this occasion, the food was actually good. However, staff service is slow, both to be seated and then to have your order taken. It's a whole rigmarole to download the app(especially given the poor wifi), wait to order, put your 'rewards' through to claim the free kids' meals and then pay. Whatever happened to just doing all this with the bill at the end? It completely detracts from the relaxing experience of eating out, so Pizza Express really needs to rethink this. The lighting in this restaurant is poor too, so does not give the ambience one would expect in order to eat their meal. I don't think we'll be going again, even though they have the kids eat free offer.

Ate here last week, took ages to get our food. Wasn?t offered any water for the table. Ordered olives which came late. My pizza was cold, asked them to heat it up. Bearing in mind I also asked for deep crust and was given thin crust. All they did was reheat my food. It tasted terrible! This was my first and last visit to Pizza Express.

If you love meat you have to get the pizza BBQ Burnt Ends, it was good taste but didn?t fill me up ,I would recommend to have the Peroni (beer) with your pizza. the environment was quite loud and difficult to have a conversation specifically if there are kids parties.

My recent visit to Pizza Express-Brent cross was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I'm not one to leave negative reviews often, but the level of service and food quality I experienced warrants it.
To begin, the wait for our food was excessive. We placed our order and then waited more than half an hour for it to arrive, which felt like an eternity. Throughout this wait, and indeed the entire meal, the servers gave off a distinct impression that they'd rather be anywhere else. There was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm or attentiveness, and it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.
When the food finally did arrive, the main dish ? my pasta ? was completely ruined. It was burnt and genuinely inedible. I was shocked that such a dish would even be sent out of the kitchen.
The culmination of this frustrating experience was the struggle to get the bill. We asked for it twice, and while our requests were acknowledged, we were then ignored for a good 20 minutes before anyone finally came over. It was a truly unacceptable wait, especially after such a poor meal.
Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on this visit. The slow service, disengaged staff, and utterly burnt food made for a truly unpleasant dining experience.

I had a disappointing experience at the Pizza Express Brent Cross location. The chef was unnecessarily rude, and the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive throughout our visit. I genuinely felt that I wasn?t treated with the same level of courtesy as other guests, which made the experience uncomfortable.
This is not what I expected from a well-known brand like Pizza Express. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training around customer service and inclusivit
